The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food, catering to different guests' needs. Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, close to transport links and commercial areas, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, or business trips. All in all, this stay left me with a wonderful impression. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the staff were also professional and enthusiastic, making for a very pleasant experience. Excellent service! I gave them a mango and they helped me cut the fruit. They were also able to answer all our questions. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the BTS station. The pool is good, and the bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are just average.

This is a very quiet place with convenient transportation. You don't have to go through the city center to get to the airport. I recommend the breakfast; it's perfect for brunch because the portions are huge. The swimming pool is usable and often empty. The soundproofing in the hotel could be better, but there wasn't anyone next door anyway. It seems popular with solo travelers, which is a good sign. The shuttle service every 30 minutes to the subway station is really convenient.

The hotel's location is great, with an alley right outside the entrance leading to many delicious restaurants. However, the road construction is quite noisy. I'd even say it's very noisy. Rooms on the west side have better views and you can watch the sunset.

Nicely located 7 ks from the airport and with free pickup and drop off the Grand BS should be at the top of your list. Nice big rooms with everything you need and two good swimming pools for the hot days. Reception were friendly and helpful.. It also comes with an average breakfast but then the price is very cheap. We were happy . There are also food stalls and markets a few minutes walk away plus a 7 11 to meet all your needs. I would be happy to stay again 👍

Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service experience. That said, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance updates. Certain areas of the property appear dated, and some room facilities could be improved to meet modern expectations. While everything was functional, refreshing the interiors would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Furama Silom remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with good facilities at a fair price.
