Angelo_007The views from this hotel was stunning. Both inside in my room and all around the hotel campus you look directly into the heart of Bangkok and can see a good part of the city. Location wise travelers at this site are close to multiple local hotspots. In my case I enjoyed walking over to the waterfront where I took a river cruise into China town and spent most of my day there. It was pleasant to come back to a quiet room with a charming view after all the exploration and adventure.
Inside my room everything was clean and with a touch of modern decoration and color. My bathroom included a spacious tub and my bed was very comfortable under the well regulated room air conditioning. I enjoyed being close to several shopping districts including Central World and Siam Paragon where I ended up walking to the next morning.
I very much enjoyed the staff at this site with complements going to the bar crew. Both nights there I spent time enjoying a beer and discussing how local life was for these friendly and energetic folks. On my last morning I took part in the breakfast buffet and I was surprised to see how many options for food were available. Overall this was a great stay that I recommend and would gladly revisit upon my return.

Michie HoMy stay at Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 was amazing. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home throughout my stay.
I also frequently ordered food through Grab, and it was very convenient that the hotel provides a designated table for delivery drivers to drop off orders. This thoughtful arrangement made the process smooth and hassle-free.
Another great advantage is the location. There are plenty of massage shops nearby, and EmSphere is only a 5–10 minute walk away.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at Courtyard Sukhumvit 20 again on my next trip to Bangkok. Looking forward to coming back!

Nan naliHighly recommended by a repeat guest – a very convenient hotel with excellent service.
Overall, this hotel is really good, and I've stayed here many times. There's a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop right below the building, which makes it super convenient for daily needs. What really stands out is the attentive service from the staff; they make you feel very comfortable.

This hotel was a little far from some attractions but easily accessible by bike/car and tour bus.
This hotel is full of color and vibrant fun! Friendly staff with a great lobby for guest interaction . There are many extra amenities, with the spa, ice pool and lounging space on the roof. The rooftop is a great place to finish the day, with food, and drinks. It is a great place to capture the moon.

Holiday Inn Bangkok: Perfect Solo Weekend Retreat Near Emsphere
I recently spent a relaxed long weekend (just over two nights) solo at Holiday Inn Bangkok, right next to Emsphere mall. As an NRI zipping between Hong Kong and Bangkok for work, I needed a hassle-free spot with easy access to shopping, dining, and BTS— this nailed it.
Location (5/5): Smack in Sukhumvit's heart, it's a 1-min walk to Emsphere's trendy shops, cinemas, and food scene. BTS Phrom Phong is 5 mins away, making airport runs and city jaunts effortless. No taxi drama in Bangkok traffic!
Room & Comfort (4.5/5): My superior room was spotless, modern, and spacious for solo use— king bed was plush, blackout curtains ensured deep sleep despite city buzz. Huge bathroom with rain shower and amenities felt luxurious. Minor nitpick: AC was a tad noisy at night, but earplugs fixed it. Free Wi-Fi was speedy for my work calls.
Service & Facilities (4/5): Staff were warm and efficient—check-in was instant, and they upgraded my view gratis. Gym and pool on the 8th floor offered stunning skyline vistas; poolside was quiet for solo unwinding. Breakfast buffet was solid (fresh Thai/Western options), but could use more variety for repeat stays.
Value (4.5/5): At ~THB 4,500/night (booked via app), it's a steal for the location and IHG perks. Quiet for a city hotel, ideal for solo travelers avoiding party vibes.
Overall: 4.5/5. Highly recommend for short business-leisure trips. Will return!

SmallduckThe hotel is located in the city center, but quite deep within an alley, though they do offer a shuttle service. The staff provided excellent service; everyone was friendly, smiling, and attentive. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is relatively new. The room layout was good, and it was fully equipped. Personally, I really liked it. There's also a cafe downstairs with good coffee. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again. We checked in late, and the hotel upgraded our room. The room had a microwave, a coffee machine, and all the dishes and utensils you could need. One night wasn't enough; next time I'll stay for two nights. If you're hesitant, I highly recommend it; I personally think it's great.

Guest UserFacilities: It has everything you'd expect, though the hairdryer is a bit weak. The room feels a bit dim because of the indirect lighting.
Cleanliness: The room was quite clean.
Service: The front desk staff spoke Chinese and the service was excellent. We arrived at 1:30 PM and they allowed us to check in a bit early, which was really nice! 👍
Environment: I was a bit worried before arriving because many reviews mentioned noise, but it was actually fine. The soundproofing in the room is quite good; it wasn't noisy, and I couldn't hear people talking in the next room. I slept most of the day at the hotel and didn't hear any construction noise.

Kaung - the travellerTGreat Location, Good Value, and a Nice Pool
I recently stayed at Furama Silom Bangkok and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, reasonable pricing, and rooftop pool with fantastic city views.
The property is conveniently located in the Silom area, making it easy to access restaurants, street food, shopping, public transportation, and nightlife. For travelers looking for a central base in Bangkok without spending too much, it offers very good value for money.
The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of my stay. It provides a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views of the Bangkok skyline, especially during sunset. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering good value for the price paid.
The staff were generally polite and helpful when needed, although the service was fairly standard rather than exceptional. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service experience.
That said, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance updates. Certain areas of the property appear dated, and some room facilities could be improved to meet modern expectations. While everything was functional, refreshing the interiors would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall, Furama Silom remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with good facilities at a fair price. With some improvements and modernization, it could be an even better place to stay in Bangkok.

Bosham Chanthe hotel is so dirty with ants and I changed rooms twice, and both times the rooms were teeming with ants and cockroaches. The 11th floor had a simpler and more modern decor, while the 17th floor was quite dilapidated. The hotel's only redeeming quality is its convenient location. It's accessible by both the airport rail link and the traditional national railway, with the Hua Lam Peak railway terminal just two baht away. The Namnueng Pier ferry on the Khlong Saeng Canal also provides access to Pratunam for eighteen baht. The hotel is located next to Ramkhamhaeng Road, with public buses providing access to Wat Yannawa, the Khun Kyi Commercial Centre, the World Trade Center, the Democracy Monument, the Victory Monument, and other landmarks. On the other hand, so noise if you stay at even number room, because this wing is face to the railway. The beafast is not changed, everydays the same.

MitchelI had a very pleasant stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit during my recent visit to Bangkok. The location is excellent, situated in the Sukhumvit area and within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room well throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest after a busy day in Bangkok.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Bangkok. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
