Mixed review regarding this hotel. Location: In the centre of China Town and right above a 7/11. Positives - Good location to the metro, about a 2 minute walk and then one tube to most destinations. Good places to eat around and good atmosphere from China Town although it can be very busy. Negatives - Above a 7/11 and so from our room you could hear the sound it makes every time somebody walks in.. it is 24h so this got a bit frustrating Hotel: Very good price. Just needed for 1 night while we waited for our flight home. Positives - Modern looking. Not 100% like the photos on the website but I don’t think hotel rooms ever are due to editing etc. Spacious rooms with a comfy bed. Microwave and fridge. Air con. Nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Negatives - Very noisey air con in our room. Was making a horrible cracking noise so in the end I turned it off then woke up VERY hot due to it being 35 degrees outside. Was absolutely eaten alive by mosquitos despite not having the window open. Very thin walls/doors. Could hear people in the hallway and noise from other rooms. Kept me awake a lot. Family’s in the morning talking in the hallway was really annoying. Not really the hotels fault for other inconsiderate guests but just be aware you will be kept up if you encounter them! Was good for the money paid and in a good location. Don’t think I could have stayed for more than 1 night though.

The room is relatively new, there is a subway station nearby, the location is a bit remote, there is no small restaurant downstairs

the hotel situated in residential area in Bangkok not far from khao san road. Wooden old house but well maintained. only accessible by stairs so if you have lots of suitcases or big one would be a bit of challenge but not an big issue. very quiet at night. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Sadly we can't have our last breakfast due to early flight, but the first 2 days breakfast were so beautiful and the host is super friendly. love our stay.

This is my first time in Thailand, but the location should be considered convenient. There is a convenience store downstairs and a massage parlor nearby... If it is not the check-in time, the landlord will arrange for staff to receive the luggage at the door; when it is time to check in, the luggage will have been moved to the room. Be careful! Need to take the stairs! Secondly, there are no door locks on the bathroom and bathroom doors. Please note⚠️ Only the bathroom has a mirror in the room There is a projection screen in the living room and vinyl discs can play music  Secondly, I don’t know if there is a nightclub nearby or the residents upstairs and downstairs. There is music almost every night For those who are more sensitive to sleeping, consider scaring them. Overall it's quite acceptable! 

It is very convenient to go to the night market. There is a large shopping mall nearby. There is a small shopping district downstairs with food and supermarkets. The massage street is also nearby. I have been to Thailand several times. This house is very big.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the overall positive aspects. The cleanliness and prime pratunam market location stood out, contributing to a pleasant experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, the well-maintained environment and central location compensated for it, making it a commendable choice.

An interesting place, with a non-standard interior design. Exit to the roof with a view. Coffee shop downstairs. There is a market nearby. There is an elevator.

This hotel, despite its small footprint and four floors, is imbued with a sense of tranquility. The public areas, including the rooftop and ground-floor communal lounge areas, are designed more for check-in purposes than for practical use. The entire building is sealed, so the hallways are airtight. The overall design is a bit over-the-top, including the overly complex layout of the restrooms.

Thai Chinese receptionist is superb , drawn map for my desired place to go in China town. Thoughtful stuff for the hotel ,precious asset to them tot is a small hotel, certainly will stay in future..
