These hotel located near BtS asoke station which is very convenient to travel around BKK The room is nice and clean Thank you HK Aum and Meow for cleaning our room so clean 10/10 100/100 !!!! Thank you Concierge Atip Tum and Jump for great assistance helping us get to the Airport in time !!!! Swimming pool and fitness is the main facilities!!! Well maintained all fitness equipment!! Highly recommended for vocations

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive—they truly made me feel at home. The pool was stunning and well-maintained, offering the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was beyond expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes.  Having stayed at many hotels across Thailand, I can confidently say this is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was exceptional. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Thailand! Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

Great Value hotel. Pool, basic gym, free bottled water from glass bottle, balcony, ac, fridge, kettle, bathtub, And unlimited buffet breakfast including watermelon and pineapple. Staff are alright and location is ok. For the price it's a great deal. Don't expect too much and you'll be fine. It exceeded my expectations.

Had a very nice stay here. Near to BTS (they also offer free shuttle service to BTS), it also has a lot of well-maintained facilities, such as pool, gym, coworking space, sauna, communal room, restaurant, and more. The helpers here are also kind and well-mannered, one of them named PUP, as he helps me with the porter service and helps me repackage my stuff into a box.

In my opinion this is a great short stay for lovers of art and design. It’s filled with lush things to look at and soak in. Room was lovely and clean with a funky design and reliable wifi. Staff were all great as well. I think this is best for a short stay as the location wasn’t particularly pleasant for walkability and getting out and about sight seeing. If you’re spending a bit of time in Bangkok with the view to seeing a lot, the location is a weak point. The art classes and spin classes looked great but I didn’t get a chance to try anything out. Everything is a bit pricey, and I think their beautiful rooftop and restaurant would be filled up more if it wasn’t so much. I found the menu a bit limited given how little alternatives are around the hotel. Happy hour on the roof is worth the trip though!

Better than expected. Bigger and cleaner than advertised. Great and helpful staff. Nothing to complain. Do note that toiletries can be requested free of charge. Location is not the closest to city, but walking distance to BTR (train service)

Kimpton Maa-Lai is one of the best hotel (if not the best) in Bangkok that anyone can stay in. I had stayed here for 1 night in Bangkok, even though I booked with points, the front desk team was generous enough to give me an upgrade to the Maa-Lai Suite in lieu of my IHG Diamond membership. Upon arrival, the bellboys were helpful enough to take care of my baggage and whisk me into the lobby. The lobby at Kimpton was a work of art, and all guests who enter would first set their gaze on their magnificent art piece, The Raindrop. Other than that, numerous art pieces were also scattered around the hotel. I was attended to by Yok, who was very friendly and helpful, and answered all the questions I had, and also explained more about the hotel to me. She even walked me over to my room once the check in was complete! She is an absolute delight made my overall hotel stay very pleasant. In my room, there was also not 1, but 2 welcome letters from Songpol, the Hotel Manager and from Patrick, the General Manager. This is the first time I received 2 welcome letters in 1 stay. Along with the letters was a very nice welcome gift of macarons and chocolate, they were very delicious and left me wanting more. The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with very modern designs. I loved the room so much I ended up spending most of my time in the room instead of heading out.Also, the suite room was equipped with a Dyson supersonic hairdryer! This shows that Kimpton really spares no expense in ensuring the guests comfort, as it is their priority. This hotel is currently on my return stay list the next time I visit Bangkok, in fact, I have already made future reservations, and I would recommend anyone reading this review to not hesitate and spoil yourself by staying at Kimpton too!

Very near to bts station and department stores. Lots of restaurants and massage shops around. Quick check in and out process. May leave luggage for storage after checked out. Overall good value for money.
