GGuest UserThe house is exactly just like the photos. Very clean and new. All the amenities are provided as per listed. We came with a family of 4, with another two elderly. We had a pleasant stay here, feel like home. Quiet area, lots of food stall and convenience store in walkable distance. One car parking available. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Bangkok.

OOmoshiRokunAs a premium boutique brand under the InterContinental Group, this Kimpton in Bangkok lives up to its reputation. The hotel is located in Bangkok's embassy district, right below the US Embassy, and is widely known among locals.
The staff demonstrates high professionalism; upon check-in, guests are offered a welcome drink and a disposable face towel. They proactively greet and engage with guests, making interactions very pleasant. There are also Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk and with the concierge.
From 8 AM to 7 PM, the hotel provides an hourly shuttle service to BTS Chit Lom station. You just need to contact the concierge an hour in advance to book. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, you'll often see adorable pets in the lobby. More service details can be found in the last picture.
This time, I chose a two-bedroom 'green lung' view room, which was nearly 100 square meters and had a balcony with an excellent view. The room was equipped with a washing machine and detergent, allowing me to keep my clothes clean. The daily housekeeping was also impeccable – highly recommended!
The restaurant is located on the 5th floor, with breakfast served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The dining area is spacious with plenty of seating, so it never felt crowded even during peak hours. The breakfast beverages are a highlight, especially the Thai milk tea, which is definitely worth trying!

LLifeibaiThis is a Chilean-run hotel. I stayed in a six-person room the first day and booked a four-person room for the second day. At 11:00 AM the next day, I returned the key card for the six-person room, but since it wasn't check-in time, I discussed changing rooms with the hotel owner for the afternoon. Afterwards, I went to Bangkok Central Railway Station to buy a train ticket. When I returned to the hotel, it was past 10:00 PM, but only 10:40 PM, and the hotel was completely empty. They neither left me any note nor arranged any other accommodation. I tried contacting the hotel following the signs at the entrance—by phone, online, and email—but received no response. They failed to fulfill their promise to have staff on duty. The online booking platform also tried contacting the hotel multiple times, but to no avail. I waited until 2:00 AM, but still no one helped me find accommodation, so I had to find another place to spend the night with my heavy luggage. Afterwards, I applied for a refund through the booking platform, but the hotel coldly refused. The booking platform refunded my accommodation fee based on my reasons. This hotel is heartless and only cares about money; they have no humanity whatsoever. They are a disgrace to the Bangkok hotel industry.

GGuest UserThe location of the homestay is not bad, it is 3 floors high, the stairs are quite straight, and the 3 floors are very tiring to walk back and forth, especially the elderly.
When I got off the plane, I found that there were only 3 bottles of mineral water on the table, and I sent a message to the room Cambodian saying that we were a group of 7 people. Why only 3 bottles of water? How expected the landlord to reply that Rui only provides accommodation and does not provide water. We are quite surprised. If you don't provide water, don't put 3 bottles of water on the table. We will deal with it ourselves, but later we asked the landlord to extend the check-out time to 11 o'clock, half, he promised to return to 12 o'clock! It's good, our driver is still 11 o'clock, and when we arrive, we leave on time.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. Right outside the hotel, there's a skybridge that leads directly to the BTS station. Siam Discovery and other Siam shopping malls are just a few minutes' walk away, offering a great shopping experience for food, clothes, and everyday items. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs.
The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in.
The room was clean. We noticed a disinfectant smell when we opened the bathroom door, so they likely use disinfectant to clean it.
Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money and a convenient location.

GGuest UserGreat value for money, definitely recommend! The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. I stayed here years ago and the public facilities are still well-maintained, including the pool. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but they replenish it quickly, which is a big plus. The room, however, wasn't great. It's old and the soundproofing is poor. The air conditioning is mechanical and quite noisy. The shower area in the bathroom is tiny, though the water pressure is good. You can also hear the pipes when other rooms use water. On the first day, they don't provide water, toothbrushes, or slippers in the room. If you don't need daily cleaning, you can ask the cleaning staff for water on the second day. It seems like slippers aren't provided at all. There are very few power outlets in the room, only near the kettle and the TV. Overall, the transportation is convenient. There's a 7-Eleven right at the intersection. It's about a 15-minute walk to IconSiam and a 10-minute walk to BTS S7 station. Along the way, there's a small mall with a KFC, Starbucks, and a small imported supermarket, and you can also find dinner on the upper floors. Walking to BTS S6 station takes about 15 minutes, but you'll need to cross a bridge. The walkway for the bridge is at the end of the path next to the park, by the river. S6 station is Sathorn, which has multiple ferry lines at the pier. There's also a free shuttle boat to the Asiatique Sky Ferris Wheel night market.

Location is walking distance to Asok BTS and makes easy to get to everywhere.
Buffet breakfast was good. We were there for 8 days and would be nice if there could change the menu more frequently.

GGuest UserGreat location, right by Baiyoke Sky. It's an Indian-run hotel. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here – it's just toast, jam, bland instant coffee, milk tea, and eggs (fried or omelet). And that's all there was for all three days. We happened to be there on a festive night and, as expected, didn't get any sleep because of the celebrations. The noise coming in from the windows was incredible – it felt like we were right in the middle of the action! We liked the location (which was why we chose this particular hotel), the rooms were clean, and there was a fridge and kettle. We never managed to get hot water from the heater, though.

GGuest UserGreat host in Thailand! The hygiene is in high standard and the equipment are well prepared by the host, it is very convenience for us. The location is a bit far from the city centre but there are BTS station nearby so it’s not a big concern about it.
The house are big and the description on the website is accurate, we are feeling great to stay and hope we can come back again!
