"Facilities: The hotel has many facilities; although a bit old, they are very well maintained.
Cleanliness: Standard cleanliness. Amenities and drinking water were replenished and refilled.
Environment: Apart from the occasional sound of Thai motorbikes 'racing' down the street, being close to the elevated road does mean some noise. There's a Lawson and a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient. On weekends, there are street food stalls. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Chulalongkorn University food street, with lots of popular internet-famous spots and Michelin-recommended restaurants – very convenient. The gym and pool are both excellent.
Service: Very good. They understood both English and Chinese.

The front lobby is quite big, the rooms are big and comfortable with a good balcony.
The bed is comfortable with good soft Furnishings and basic amenities are provided

"I booked superior king size for the first time. Last few stays in same hotel were in deluxe rooms.
This time the room is still spaciousness and well equipped.
However, we had to change room As there was a strong smell (sour and weird) smell when we stepped into the room. After checked by the hotel service staff, they helped to give us another room.
We were very gratefully for the change. The new room was ok until I realised the control panel for the lights , air con etc have faulty digital numbers.
The aircon numbers and alarm numbers are not showing up.
It was a struggle to have to guess the temperature settings.
I did not request for change of room again as I can live with the faulty control panel .
However, it’s about time hotel should have checks in all superior rooms.
Guests paid lower room rate but we still deserve to stay in a perfect room."

They even helped me arrange a birthday cake surprise for my family. The best part is its location, right beside National Stadium Station and MBK Mall, where you can find everything you need which is shopping, food, and even massage! I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

553588The bathroom door wouldn't open or close properly. I had to call someone in the middle of the night, but they were quite responsible and fixed it quickly. I initially thought it was a new hotel from 2023, but it turned out to be a renovation. Everything was pretty standard, nothing particularly outstanding or terrible. I didn't see any other Chinese guests, mostly Westerners, Koreans, and Japanese. The gym and pool were OK. The fresh squeezed juice at breakfast was a highlight, I really loved it. The rest of breakfast was just average.
As for the location, there's not much to say; it's similar to the Westin and Hyatt nearby. I didn't like that Terminal 21 was a bit chaotic.
Things I liked: Many spas on Friday, definitely worth trying, all within walking distance. There's an open-air restaurant downstairs with wooden chairs and tables that you absolutely must try (turn right after going downstairs, it's about 50 meters down the street). It's super delicious, excellent value for money, and has a great atmosphere; it's always packed! Overall, the location is a definite highlight! Much more convenient than the Central World area.
Thai hotel staff are always very friendly, and the service at this hotel was also OK. I always ask the doorman downstairs to call a taxi for me, which is very convenient (Grab can be expensive for short distances). Of course, I always tip, as they still have to communicate with the driver. This service is excellent and very reassuring.

The hotel prioritized renting out their entire first floor of the hotel over the comfort of their guests. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient as the vibe was of an expo and there were no spaces to relax and sit in the lobby. This was not warned in advance to guests who booked the hotel.

The hotel's hygiene standards are met, and the front desk service is excellent, with friendly staff who can communicate in Chinese. I booked without breakfast because I had an early morning flight the next day, and the price on Trip.com was lower than on the Marriott official website. I recommend staying here when visiting Bangkok.

We were felt welcomed. Were were upgraded to a river view room. The room is good size and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. Toilet is clean. Only the downside was there are places in the room and toilet that has dust. We tried to use the sauna and steam room but when we went there, it was very smelly. It looks like not been cleaned for a while. And no staff there too. Anyway, it is not that important to us. So we didn’t mind it at all. Cabinet and drawer specially where the fridge is a bit dusty and needs cleaning. I will still book my stay here and will recommend to my friends. We really love the breakfast. And yes the lovely view if the river!

TTravis YeoThe hotel is considered decent, offering BASIC amenities only. There was no toothbrushes provided when we checked in. On the 2nd day, 1 toothbrush was provided and we are a party of 2. While there are 2 toilets (we booked a 2-bedroom apartment), one of them does not have shelves in the shower room. I had to bring in and out the glass boxes of shower gel, shampoo, etc on a daily basis.
On our last night, we were informed that the room attendant had discovered we had cracked a glass and had to pay 150 baht. It was basically we say, she say. So we ended up paying for it when though we are very sure we did not damage the glass. The glass was only used once and we had left it on the table after drinking water. How to crack a glass by just drinking once from it?
After room cleaning on one day, the attendant actually left behind a dirty rag on my room table. Cannot believe it. All in all, this is a basic hotel in a good location. Other than that, service (especially at reception) is just basic, not portraying a vibe of warm welcome.

CChin KongThe advantage of this hotel is the location and all the nearby food, health massage centre, shopping mall. However, this hotel is very run down, compare to it's photo posted. The light in the lobby, lift, corridor and room is very dim. There is some smell in the corridor. In the middle of the night, you can easily hear the door banging or some water run through the pipe. Even in the room, some cabinet has broken and not been fixed. Worst still, the aircon temperature cannot be adjusted. If we feel cold, called the receptionist and they will send technical to adjust for you. Like wise, if feel hot, technician will appear again to adjust to the temperature you need. It is very hard to imagine. However, my room is on the 30th floor and offered a spectacular view.
