After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. The stay was comfortable and chill. The hotel is newly open and clean. Parking is convenient and the gym was the best gym I have in Ipoh. The gym machine is new and well function. The jogging and cycling machines also a lot so that I don’t need to wait for others. There is jazcuzi and swimming pool as well. The garden are beautiful and nice photo session.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The environment is absolutely stunning and beautiful. The 2nd-floor garden has so many photogenic spots with lovely greenery, and they even provide a BBQ area. It's just as impressive as the facilities on the 12th floor, like the gym and the beautiful night view from the pool. Some of the dining options aren't open yet, but for an apartment-style stay, this price is incredibly cheap and great value for money. The hotel's interior isn't luxurious, but overall it's excellent! It comes with cutlery, utensils, an induction cooktop, a hairdryer, and toiletries. There's also a smart TV for entertainment. My only minor complaint is that there's nowhere in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Other than that, everything is fantastic! 👍🏻

Everything was good , the stafff are friendly, the food are delectable and the suite is superb , spacious and new. Recommended to travellers and it’s only 10 minutes from Ipoh city centre 👍👍

Stayed here again after my previous visit in 2024. There have been some improvements since then, especially the swimming pool, which has been upgraded and looks nice. However, the cleanliness of the pool water still needs improvement. From the surface it looks clean and blue, but underneath, the water and pool area look quite dirty. The room was good overall, but the pillow was quite hard for my liking. The air-conditioning is centralized, and the room was still quite warm even when I set it to high. The café is currently closed for renovation and has been moved/replaced with a temporary café on the 1st floor. Hopefully, the renovation will bring further improvements, and I’m looking forward to seeing the completed changes on my next visit. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are still a few areas that could be improved, especially the pool cleanliness and air-conditioning.

Overall, we had no complaints about the price as it was very affordable. However, there are a few things to note for future guests. Check-in was a little confusing at first; there wasn't anyone at the desk, and we had to wait a while for staff to come over. Also, if you are driving, be warned that the parking area is very small and ”just right”—you’ll need some good parking skills to navigate it!

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Booked here because my husband attending event nearby. For me this hotel is overrated, cleanliness wise need to improve a lot. Doesn’t look like newly refurbished / renovated. - wall: mold - toilet shower area: mold - light : detached - plug : far from bed, the nearest plug voltage not stable, cannot charge at all. - sofa: old. - curtain over bathtub: not function - window : dirty -soundproof : poor Overall i would rate 2 star only. Paid rm200/night+- for this room, probably no next time for me.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
