Check in was a breeze and receptionist were very helpful to inform the housekeeping my to prepare extra towels and blanket when they see us travelling with toddlers. This hotel offer very comfy baby cot, and spacious room. My every time to ipoh I’ll stay in travelodge.

Not only did they send their limousine driver to ferry my daughter to and from the hospital, but they also arranged for a thoughtful delivery of porridge and a fruit platter for her recovery, which was sent by the hotel for the following two days. This compassionate gesture was a reflection of the personal touch that M Roof Hotel prides itself on. The staff’s proactive kindness and genuine concern for my family’s well-being truly elevated our stay from a simple visit to an unforgettable experience. I stay 10/2/25-13/2/25 room no 1322. The hotel was nice and the food was good + hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The variety of the breakfast was so good that it’s bring some old memories. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Wifi in room totally do not exist. Have to go to the lobby for wifi. Was told that they having wifi problems. Can log in but no internet. Very basic hotel facilities. Stay here if you are taking advantage of the location.

My name is Mrs Kohila Hariharan, we checked on 30/11/24 for 1 night.. Myself and my husband stay in the deluxe king suite.. Outside was very quite. The room was super clean and neat. They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season. The room was very clean,big suitable for couples. Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard. They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2 Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge. Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel. The staff very friendly, and helpful Will repeat again to this hotel Really satisfied 💐 Good job to the team

Parking are convenient with just a few step to Hotel main entrance. Great welcoming from front desk. Thanks to Christin Loh for time showing us the wonderful art on the lobby area. Few picture taken by us and family especially at one of the art with Harimau design wall. Enter the room with neat bed made up and clean environment. Warm and cozy design with black wall but brighten by light in the room. Entire one night stay was not enough will definitely came again for the next visit to Ipoh. Thanks Christin and Team.

Like their hotel concept as it is nice place to take photos. Vintage outlook. Room is small but comfortable. However, cleanliness can be much better. Bedsheet has stained even it has been washed. Toilet is small too. There are 2 coffeeshops nearby for breakfast and lunch and they serve good local food. The Japanese restaurant located in the hotel is excellent. My girl loves their garlic rice rice. 😂 The hotel is easy to access to local attractions via grab.

Facilities: Very new, room layout, hotel location, gym are all good Environment: I am sensitive to smells, and the hotel still has the smell of decoration. I stayed for two nights and felt that my nasal cavity was not very comfortable. Service: The service is very good, the front desk and doormen are very enthusiastic Ipoh is worth visiting, good food and fun, with a slight sense of decline

This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

So the hotel was pretty good. Check in was smooth. The room was clean. They cleaned the room daily and refresh water bottles. No complaints. The surrounding area was a bit quiet. But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.
