"Guys, please stay at this hotel. It's beautiful and super cheap! There's aircon AND a fan! I absolutely love it! Overall 9.5/10. The lift was broken when I went, but the staff were so kind and helped carry my bags and food!"

Peiwei GohEnvironment is clean and classy, too bad not much time to explore the facilities and overall we are very satisfied. Located not far from the town area, good for small families short vacation. EV chargers are available who do is a plus point for ev car owners.

Guest UserThe room was clean, and the air conditioning worked great. It was also very convenient to have parking available. The swimming pool was fun, but the opening hours were too short. There are lots of food options right outside the apartment building.

Anonymous UserWe had an overall pleasant stay. Check in and out is straightforward and easy. Response is prompt. Location is good, walking distance to the mall. Eateries nearby. The unit is fairly clean and neat. Bedding is quite comfortable. Good for families. The only downside is the toilets are very small and cramp. Parking area is quite deserted.

There is a small zoo· 🦌🦜🐒🐓；
There is a small library and reception room 📖；
There is purified water and a small kitchen；
You can also ask the front desk Indonesian girl for feed to feed small animals.
The standalone building we stayed in has two bedrooms and one living room.
The family lives comfortably together. The boss can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English.
Communicate via WhatsApp before check-in, fortunately send invitation letter.
It's very ceremonial!

Guest UserGreat place. It was self check-in and check-out. Had to call the owners before arriving there via Whatsapp. So there is no front desk. The place was good and spacious. The rooms were clean and well housekept. It is at a bit inside but no issues for us as we were driving. There are eating places and Shopping marts nearby (walking distance). Recommended.

Guest UserStay here for its location in the heritage area of Ipoh Old Town. Concubine Lane is the street parallel to Market St. A long time tea merchant, Leong Swee Sang is just a few doors away.
The interior of the hotel is Instagramable. The room is small, basic but clean. There is no wardrobe, and a hot & cold water dispenser is provided in the common area. The ensuite bathroom is big enough and there's hot shower.
The hotel is not for the elderly as there are no rooms at the ground floor and no lift. Live music from a nearby pub is audible till early hours in the morning on weekends.

Sherine OoiThe overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too.
I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park.
Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean.
Definitely will recommend to friends.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.

A family trip to explore Ipoh, location was great, check in was easy. The whole place was clean, minor hiccups was remote battery and internet was out, quickly resolved by the owner/management. The 2nd room's aircon was a little warm even though set at maximum, maybe time for maintenance. More power outlets will be more convenient when the number of occupants are at near maximum, or maybe extension power points may be helpful. Other than that, all members enjoyed the stay at very reasonable rate!
