Great choice of stay with a group of friends and families! The management team was responsive and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Also, the place was spacious and having plenty of entertainment around the house which made the stay enjoyable and there was never a dull moment. However, cleanliness is an area that really needs significant improvement. Some parts of the house did not feel as clean as expected, there was toilet paper used by the previous guest left in the toilet and we had to clean it ourselves… plus, there were visible dusts around the room which kinda affected the overall experience. Hope the management will take the feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness standards moving forward. With better attention to cleaning and upkeep, this place could be much more enjoyable and comfortable for guests.

A big corner house with 9 rooms. Spacious hall living room with TV channels. Dining set with tablewares. No stove no utensil for cooking. A fridge, microwave and water dispenser with hot, warm and cold water. Downstairs has a shared toilet too. Clean and nice. Last minute 5pm on the spot booked this unit. Instant confirmation and easy self check in instantly. Fast response from the incharge person. I booked Family room for 5pax on the first floor. 2 bedrooms with a joint toilet. Room8 spacious 1king 1single. Room9 1queen. Very comfy thick beds. TV in the room cannot be used. Old mother need to go downstairs to watch TV at the living hall. Its fine quite convenient and comfy to sit in the living. Greeting many guests coming in and out haha. Very affordable price. Nearby restaurants and attractions. Great stay! Thanks!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at Cozy Manhattan Ipoh 2227. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear and smooth, making the whole process hassle-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. The facilities, especially the water park, were a great bonus and enjoyable for both adults and kids. Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever needed, which made the stay even more reassuring. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Ipoh!

A very rustic hotel in a great location about 10 minutes walk from the station. The rooms are very basic but adequate with AC It is all pretty much self service there is no need to interact with any member of staff. Local shops are very close

Feeling great back to Mother Nature, with hens, cats, deers, parrot. This guesthouse is greenish and away from downtown. Well maintained by two helpful, friendly kakak. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with hairdryer, water heater and toiletries. Also provided free parking lot. Surprisingly, they sold my childhood snacks. Highly recommended to travellers and families in Ipoh.

Overall, we had no complaints about the price as it was very affordable. However, there are a few things to note for future guests. Check-in was a little confusing at first; there wasn't anyone at the desk, and we had to wait a while for staff to come over. Also, if you are driving, be warned that the parking area is very small and ”just right”—you’ll need some good parking skills to navigate it!

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

The condo is simple and comes with basic cooking utensils. It is suitable for 5 adults and 5 kids (below 12 years old). However, there are a few drawbacks. The sofa is very hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The master bedroom has no place to hang clothes and no hangers are provided. One of the beds in the master bedroom also seems to lack proper foam support, as there is a hole at the end of the mattress. There is no drying rack available, even on the balcony, so we could not dry the kids’ swimming clothes. Lastly, the host may consider changing to an electric stove instead of a gas stove, as the gas runs out easily. We only prepared a simple breakfast, but the gas was already low.

We’ve booked our 1 night stay here and it’s a well maintained guest house. One thing I’d comment will be the noise opposite the bars and it operated until 3am. Please prepare own amenities as the guest house doesn’t provide any and you can purchase from their mini shop.
