Great
CchangfeizThis hotel is great for an overnight stay at Terminal 1. The room facilities were all good, and they even kindly offered complimentary beer at check-in. Just a heads-up: as of [Month, 202*], the entire Terminal 1 is undergoing major renovations, and the signage is very unclear. I had to ask several people for directions, and saying 'Marriott' seemed to be more recognizable to the locals.
GGuest UserThe room exceeded expectations and regretted staying for two days on the weekend. A family of three set two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trip.com wrote 70 square meters, it feels more than, it is estimated that the area is used, the child is very satisfied with his own space. The room design is very good, the small objects are IKEA, the kitchen is fully equipped, the necessary tableware is also equipped with oil, pepper and salt, we made a few beautiful breakfasts, to achieve avocado freedom! This apartment has four rooms on each floor. The room type I live in is on the fifth floor. I can't hear the noise of the road at all (the room on the road is not clear, the road in front of the door is busy during the day). It is two blocks away from the core area of Roma. I wander around every day and have several Michelin restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't eat on weekends. Praise the building service staff, enthusiastically inform the use of the free washing machine dryer, free after 6 pm. The roof garden is great! There is a swimming pool! Small problem: The sheets should be covered with plastic waterproof pads, and they will ring when they turn over.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good.
The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
2205158****I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the snack street and not far from a larger supermarket. The small lane next to it is safe and quiet, lined with either hotels or residences. The facilities in the room were great, and there's a shared washing machine and dryer, with what seemed like complimentary laundry detergent, though the public restrooms weren't in the best condition. The keyless entry with a password lock was very convenient. The smart TV had Netflix automatically logged in with the hotel's account, so you could watch movies freely, even if I didn't find anything I was particularly interested in. The elevator was quite unique – there are no floor buttons inside; you select your floor outside, and then it directs you to the appropriate elevator. It felt very modern and novel.

SSARA GABRIELAModern accommodation in a great area for exploring Mexico city for a day or two.
It's not a hotel so obviously the service is totally different than you'd expect For cleanliness and?overall amenities..But it's totally ok for a good night sleep and a convenient, safe, and nice location to stay.
Wish they could PayPal bit attention to details, for example in trio.com?app it says the room had a?balcony and when we arrived we didn't even have windows.
Exhausted from a long trip we didn't want to cause trouble but that could have been advised earlier.
We were two people but only had one hand towel so that was an inconvenience that could have probably been avoided of the management would pay a birthday more attention to the bookings.
Overall ok stay for an one night stop-over in Mexico city.
Walking distance to restaurants and nice Polanco area day off night.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

FFilipino Traveler & Entrepreneur - Beverly VegaI checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

GGuest UserIt is located along the main Reforma avenue. I think the location is relatively safe. The exterior of the building has a slightly eccentric Day of the Dead illustration on the wall. The interior of the lobby has a stylish feel. Contrary to the eccentric illustration, all the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is old, but it is clean. No refrigerator or toothbrush. I didn't really understand how to use the security box.
Considering the safety of the location, I think this is a good value hotel.

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
