Amazing
PPhilTHighly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Naha, great location with modern and clean rooms. If you are renting a car, parking is a bit more of a hassle because the hotel parking is an automated underground parking system. Cars can only be accessed 1 at a time, so there might be a wait time. Besides the parking situation everything else was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at the JR Kyushu Blossom Naha! The location is absolutely fantastic. It’s incredibly convenient being so close to a 7-Eleven and a drug store—perfect for grabbing snacks, drinks, or any toiletries you might have forgotten.
I was a bit worried about the room temperature after reading some previous reviews mentioning the air conditioner being hot, but I honestly didn’t experience that issue at all. The AC worked perfectly fine for us and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The room itself was a pleasant surprise—it felt much more spacious than your typical hotel room in Japan, so we had plenty of space to open up our suitcases without any trouble.
The daily basic cleaning was consistent and kept the room tidy throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Naha, this is a great choice

GGuest UserI booked a basic compact room, and if the price isn't too outrageous, I highly recommend staying here! Here's why:
1. **Room Condition**: I stayed on the 6th floor. The tram line was right behind us, but it was very quiet and didn't bother us at all.
2. **Hotel Amenities**: They provide a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, and even heated eye masks. It really feels like a hotel that cares about its guests. Plus, there's a small pool, which is quite a luxury in Japan! I've stayed in over 10 hotels in Japan, and this one definitely ranks in my top 3 overall. I paid 600-700 JPY per night.
3. **Location**: Excellent. It's convenient for getting anywhere you need to go.

GGuest UserThe DoubleTree by Hilton Naha is incredibly conveniently located. It's right next to Asahibashi Monorail Station, just a 3-minute walk from the exit, and only one stop away from Kokusai Street. Across from the hotel, you'll find the Naha Bus Terminal and a shopping mall. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival – they were absolutely delicious and quite a treat! Our overall room experience was fantastic; it was very spacious, and the high-quality bed provided an incredibly comfortable night's sleep.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s ground floor feels like an art gallery — modern, minimalist, and thoughtfully designed. The concierge, café, and laundry area are all located on the second floor, where you’ll also find a display space showcasing artwork and merchandise by local artists, adding a charming creative touch.
Our room was clean and cozy, though slightly compact. We had to rearrange some furniture to open our luggage comfortably. The balcony was a highlight, offering a refreshing sea view and enhancing the overall relaxing, breezy atmosphere of the hotel.
Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of options, and the quality was satisfying.
While the immediate surroundings are relatively quiet, it’s within walking distance to restaurants, AEON mart, and the popular Kokusai Dori Street, making it a good base for exploring the area.

RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.

JJiangbiandewuI booked two separate reservations for a two-day stay! Please refer to my previous review for more details.😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!
114.CanLocated very conveniently near Makishi Station, and at the west end of Kokusai Dori. Clean hotel with nice amenities. No gym though.
Overall we were ok with the stay here. But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards:
1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip.com via the same booking on the same day.. however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink. From the reviews, we were already expecting welcome drinks for all. The uneven treatment between rooms made it worse. I feel the service staff did not handle it well.
May I suggest Trip.com work with the hotel to state explicitly which room types will / will not be offered this benefit, for clarity.
2) one of the service staff serving welcome drinks at the bar showed a black face when my family member made a request that was fulfilled the day before. The order was grudgingly fulfilled and the server just turned away after putting the drink on the table. That was unprofessional.
Hope the hotel can work on their comms and service standards.

MMiss TLMGood point:
1) Excellent facilities: have jacuzzi, swimming pool, hot spring and bath place
2) Free shuttle bus offered with clear schedule
3) Have lot of restaurants, convenience stores and tourist place nearby
4) Easy to call taxi/ uber
5) Breakfast is highly recommended, great variety of drinks ( the tea choices are amazing )and delicious food
6) Free daily item to offered
Bad point:
1) The room is too small, barely fit in 2 suitcases
2) Hygiene can be better , have dust everywhere
3) Air con is dripping to the bed, fridge is noisy
4) Corridor is too windy
5) Near Red light street, if you are family with children might be not a good choice
