However, you have to contact customer service by yourself before checking in (I didn't receive a notification until the night before departure). You need to know a little Japanese. The air conditioner is loud (loud enough to cover the noise in other rooms). The parking lot in front of the hotel is more expensive than in the surrounding areas. This stay is really very satisfied! The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the station and International Pass. There are family members and convenience stores outside the hotel. The life function is great. The room is clean and tidy, the hot water is stable, there is a microwave and washing machine in the room (you have to bring your own laundry ball) super convenient, you will definitely come to live next time.
The tables and chairs are also big enough

There was a large mirror, and the bath and shower were separate.
There was a projector, and it was spacious, very clean, and nice.

I didn't receive the room number or check-in instructions, and I didn't know how to contact the owner through trip. Fortunately, the check-in time was early and the counter was not closed yet, so I explained it in person.
The price is cheap, but the bed made noise, as if the wooden frame inside was falling off. The front desk said it would wait until we checked out. .
It's quite a distance from the light rail. I think the road is uneven and it's not easy to push my suitcase. However, the supermarket and convenience store are very close. There's a small park opposite the entrance. There's everything in the room, so it's suitable for a long stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Condomio Makishi. Would like to give special thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 to Ms. Kudo. My mum had pneumonia during our stay there. Ms. Kudo sent us to the hospital and did translation for us.
The next day was her off day and my mum was to be discharged. She went to the hospital to help with the discharge. She is really god sent. If not for her we would be at a lost.
She even bought omiyage for my mum!
I would definitely stay here the next time. Location is in Kokusai-dori. Very convenient for shopping, 5mins walk to Makishi Station. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Everything was good except the bed mattress. Please remove the plastic it was bought in as it makes a really bad noise when you turn around. We had a bad sleep due to it. Other than this, everything is perfect! 🙏🏻

After staying for three days, the room is very big, bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan where I have stayed. The facilities are very good. The shower room also has a drying function. The location is good, walking across the road to Kokusai Street, the monorail station is very close, and there is a whole family downstairs, which is very convenient. The only downside is that there is no one at the service desk before three o'clock in the afternoon, only at night, so I can’t find a place to temporarily store my luggage.
