The hotel is bigger than expected, and there is no problem with spreading the luggage completely. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent is provided, so you don't need to bring too much replacement clothes. Although there is no front desk staff, the check-in procedure is very simple and convenient.

Naha city's international street food stall village is a place where you can touch your nose if you fall down. ㅎㅎ On the last day of the trip, we went to Kondominio Makishi and had fun at the food stall village and finished it off^^ I personally used the food stall village once to just feel the atmosphere, and the local bars in the alleys around it are much tastier and the prices are reasonable. I wanted to get a place to stay where it's good to have fun, so I was very satisfied with the cost-effectiveness. The concrete texture was unique and fun^^

Large space, quiet, convenient parking

a new, non-face-to-face condominium. Since there is no staff, in the case of trouble such as check-in, remote response, waiting time, and entrance are narrow, so it is troublesome. I saw a lot of trouble on the first floor. It's not suitable for the elderly. ... The room is cleaned and the towel exchange is also separately charged. Usually, you can change towels, but this is the first time. I don't have a note, but I have a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, so I mean I'm washing myself. There is no problem with the room, etc., so it is recommended for regular and skilled people who can use it divisibly. ...

Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in. Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided! The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

It was spacious and nice among Japanese accommodations. The only regret is that there is no luggage storage.... The location is good, the price is cheap, and the bed and bathroom were nice.

The mattress is too hard and the pillows are big and flat, affecting sleep. But the view is very good, see the plane landing. Fully equipped is also newer, with household appliances and cooking tools.

The hotel is about 5 minutes away from Tsubogawa Station. The day before check-in, I received an email from the hotel on how to pick up the door key. The instructions were clear. The room size is ideal, with two double beds, ample charging stations, balcony, outdoor chairs and tables, and air purifier The room has a kitchenette, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, hot water cooker, soup cooker, wok, bowls, plates, chopsticks, etc. The bathroom has a washer and dryer, etc. Overall very satisfied.

After staying for three days, the room is very big, bigger than other hotel rooms in Japan where I have stayed. The facilities are very good. The shower room also has a drying function. The location is good, walking across the road to Kokusai Street, the monorail station is very close, and there is a whole family downstairs, which is very convenient. The only downside is that there is no one at the service desk before three o'clock in the afternoon, only at night, so I can’t find a place to temporarily store my luggage.
