I recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha in Okinawa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable.
One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!

I was very happy to stay here, there’s pick up & drop off service at the airport, the staffs are very nice and kind, everyone provide me a lot of flavor. It takes around 20 mins walk to Kokosai Dori Street. If you rent the car, you can find the parking around there or park at the hotel with ¥1500/day and I think it’s easy to drive to ooutside the town. Although it’s surrounded by love hotel but I think I still feel safe. and it’s quite close to airport, it takes only 10-15 mins.

I like it so much that there are almost no shortcomings. It is located near the main Kokusai-dori and you can reach the hotel in 15 minutes by taxi. The environment downstairs is also very good, and it is very quiet without the crowds of tourists. The soundproof glass is very good. You can hardly hear the sound of cars on the road. The things used by this company are very high-end. The bath is given a full set of L'Occitane, and the skin care products are all prepared for you, including a small DHC bag. As for the hot spring, I especially like that there are not too many people, both indoors and outdoors. They also provide clothes for going to the hot spring, which is very considerate.

Nice big hotel 10 minutes by foot from bus terminal and monoail station. Not very far from clean main city beach. Nice indoor pool with mineral water and jacuzzi. Nice thermal area with hot water. Shallow outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Very tasty breakfast.

I like this hotel very much. This is the first time I stayed at a totally prohibited from smoking hotel, really support this hotel rules. It takes 3 minutes walk to Yuirail station and about 10 minutes ride from Naha airport. Hotel is just beside a clean and very nice view river. The breakfast is also fantastic. Strongly recommended.

Located just next to the station, if you drive parking is available. It costs 2000yen per night. About 10-15 mins walk to 國際通.

Excellent location, easy access to all tourist locations and transportations.
We had to wheel our luggage when we arrived at the hotel, the check in process was very smooth and the rooms were clean and spacious with all amenities stocked. The bathtub was huge and bathroom was very functional.
The hotel was very busy and full so was only able to extend our check out time to noon by following them on IG. We were not able to find a Uber taxi when we left and thanks to the Manager for his help in locating a taxi for us, that’s above and beyond our expectation as he carried and loaded our luggage.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will go back if I return to Okinawa.

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations.

VvjtThis hotel is only 2 years old so it’s very well maintained and clean. It is also a good size, we can open up our luggages properly. It’s within walking distance to the main kokusai shopping street yet still maintaining the peace as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main street.
There’s also an unassumingly Okinawa soba shop next to hotel that serves super amazing soba!
Overall, a very pleasant hotel stay.

GGeoThe room is okay for a Japanese size. The Japanese design and color combination are very good. My wife specifically requested to stay in this hotel when I went to Okinawa this time. However, the only drawback is the cleanliness. The hygiene in the bathroom is a bit lacking. We also found long hair on the bed. Considering the quality of the hotel, it should be better, but it is a minor problem. We did not change rooms. The view from the hotel window is very good. Overall, I still like this place. Hotel . For self-driving tours, you can use the electric taxi parking lot next to the hotel. It costs 1,500 yen per night. If there is no parking space, the staff will direct you to the nearby open space parking lot. The price is also very reasonable.

Tthe WD_Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.

AAnonymous UserFeel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!!
Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻
Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

RRickIt is about a 25-minute drive from Naha Airport. Parking is convenient for self-driving tours, and the facilities are complete. There is a laundry room downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with views of the swimming pool and Naha city from the window. The family of three enjoyed their stay.

LLeonardNice cosy hotel. We are a family of 4 and the 4 single beds were nice, soft and quite big and comfortable. The room was also spacious. If you stay more days, room is only made up every 3 days. They do provide toiletries that’s self service (free flow) that can be picked up from the check in counter. Toilet paper, slippers and comb is also free flow. The bath gel, shampoo and conditioner is also nice. The bathroom has a bath tub.
If you are renting a car, you would need to check on the parking process more carefully as there are only 4 parking lots associated with the hotel. There is other public parking around the area that is relatively cheap but you would need to depend on luck for availability.
There is a Lawson nearby so you can pickup the groceries you need from there. That’s the plus as there aren’t much other amenities around.
Service will need to depend who you have on duty. As I stayed a week. We had a range of very nice service persons to ones that are not so patient as they often struggle to understand English. Thankfully there’s google translate, else ……

GGuest UserThis is a hotel I booked for one day in a hurry. I didn't expect it to be so good! I regret not staying a few more days!
Another suggestion is that this ladder is hung on the beam beside the bed, and the hooks are not fixed on both sides. If it swings left and right when coming down, it will be a bit dangerous. I hope to find a way to solve the problem of swinging left and right.

LLeeJudyCheck-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in.
Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided!
The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

TTezpezThey offers a budget-friendly stay at under $12 USD per night per person. The beds are a bit tight; as a girl, I found it cool enough to sleep comfortably, but my boyfriend found it too hot, so we couldn’t share a bed. The rooms are mixed dorms and get very smelly each night, though the inside of the cabin beds is okay. Apart from a locker, you only have the space of your cabin bed, and no towels are provided.
The bathroom is shared with others on the same floor and tends to get messy in the evening, although I noticed it being cleaned every morning. Unfortunately, the bins are always full, which is gross, and there’s hair everywhere. The lobby on my floor was cluttered with luggage and felt damp because it’s connected to the bathroom.
I booked this place because it looked good in the photos, but the reality was a bit different. The common area on the ground floor is kind of cute but also a little dirty. The photos make it look much better than it is, but given the low price, I can’t complain too much.
Please note that it’s a walk-up, so if you want to avoid stairs, you might need to pay more.
