I had a fantastic experience at Cocktail Stay Naha! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a super cozy bed and perfectly soft pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure and a luxurious feel that made every shower a delight. I also had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel’s bar, where I tried some exceptional cocktails made with Awamori, Okinawa’s traditional distilled spirit. My stay at Cocktail Stay Naha exceeded all expectations. I will definitely be returning.

Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again. Maybe it is worth to spend a night or two here. Details below: During my 6D5N trip, I have stayed in different hotels. This hotel had the most expensive parking by far. It was ¥2000 / night. Also the parking was a bit inconvenient since the parking area uses an elevator-system and you need a staff to operate the parking system machine to get your car each time you need to use your car. There were a lot of families with young children during my stay, not the best place if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. There were also only 2 elevators so sometimes it takes a long time to wait for the elevators due to the crowd. The hotel provides a lot of amenities, including some daily activities from 17:00-18:00, noodles from 20:30-21:30, and free flow drinks from 10:00-22:00 (no free laundry tho). I got to try the traditional outfit dress up session, it was a good experience to quickly try on the Okinawan-style kimono. Just a personal preference, I did find their soaps and skin care products heavily scented, which I wasn’t a fan of.

Service & amenities are excellent. This is our second visit & stay of the said hotel. Easy to navigate using their transport of buses & monorail. We will be back in the near future using this hotel again as it's so convenient to move around

Room was perfect for the three of us - we managed to squeeze and open all our own 24” luggage in the room. The hotel was a stone throw away from Don Quijote, and several restaurants were nearby the hotel too. Would love to be back if we’re ever visiting Okinawa! But just note that the shower room has a glass door. This means that when someone is showering, the other people can’t use the basin nor toilet since they’re all in the same enclosed area.

The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized. We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen.

Good place to stay at with good amenities and customer service. It is around 5 to 7 mins away from the nearest train station but given to the price it is reasonable. There isn't much resturants open till late around the accommodation but there are several convenience stores around. There is a stream room and onsen which is great for the cold weather. There is only 1 private shower room, so for those who are more conservative or shy, it might be an issue. There are also 2 washing machines with dryer function.

The service staff were always helpful. Facility-wise, although the standard room was small, I am surprised to see that pots and a cooker can be loaned out at the counter. That is really something I have not seen in so many hotels, including the the 5 stars ones. I even managed to borrow a knife and a cutting board to cut apples in my room. A bit squeezy in the toilet for 2, but it is a hotel that has everything: a spray for your clothes if they smell upon returning to room, a shoe tongue, a little seat beside the shoe tongue for me to sit down while wearing my shoes, shoe cleaner/polish. All these items I don't see them in hotels outside Japan. There is also free coffee from coffee machine in lobby, and tea bags (at least 1 Japanese hotel don't supply coffee and tea in my trip)

Great location on Kokusai-dori, located within walking distance from the Prefectural Office monorail station, lots of food and shopping options available within a stone's throw away. Service from staff was impeccable as expected from Japanese service standards, great buffet breakfast which we added-on on our last day before checking out. The room was fine, and were already considered spacious for Japanese standards. Bath and toilet were clean and well-maintained. Our only gripe was that the room furniture was starting to get worn out, and the carpets had quite a few stains. Maybe some deep cleaning would do the job. Overall, a very good stay, and will definitely choose Gracery Naha again at the right price point.

- Yes, Location is 3min walk from monorail - But if u choose thus kind of “self check in” hotel, you won’t get any friendly help from the staff ( if u need to ask for advice or suggestions). They are very firm ( no early check in even u arrive 2.30pm) - No one will friendly greet you whenever the staff is there or not, they are like machine. - the surrounding is quite can can be quite boring - nearby have APA hotel almost similar price which you can get more concierge’s service - very surprising me is, there is NO Green Tea or Coffee sachets provided… first time I’m encounter this. - overall, you can find better hotel nearby with similar price

Room was alright. Original room wasn’t cleaned well but got a room change quite easily. Hotel provided amenities and free drinks and ice cream at the lounge which was nice.
