"We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office.
It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip."

"An incredible hotel where everything within it: 2 swimming pools, an onsen, a konbini, a restaurant and a bar. All your needs will be filled.
Great location as well with Naminoue shrine and beach nearby, and monorail around 15 by foot.
But if you want to explore Okinawa further, plenty of bikes, and car rental around. And ferries to go to other islands.
I will definitely come back to Okinawa and Sansui Naha hotel!"

"The hotel is located right next to Tsubogawa Station, offering incredibly convenient access as it's just outside the exit. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-11) and a post office that's even open on weekends. The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. "The location is super convenient! It's only about 100 meters from Makishi Monorail Station, so it's really easy to find. You can easily walk to Kokusai Street for shopping. It offers great value for money, and the staff are very friendly. A major bonus is their complimentary drink bar on the 2nd floor, available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including local Okinawan beer (Oimo beer), which I thoroughly enjoyed for three days. They also offer free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Even though they're small bowls, they taste pretty good, and there's usually a long line for them – perfect as a late-night snack. Overall, this hotel in Naha is excellent from its location to its food and beverage offerings. Highly recommended for families with children."

"The room itself was quite small; it was hard to move around once we opened two 20-inch suitcases. So, it's best suited for those traveling light or not planning much shopping. If you have a lot of luggage or plan to shop extensively, there might not be enough space in the room.
On a side note, I specifically uploaded some videos of the hotel's surroundings, and you can see there are two convenience stores nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the light rail station, though."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's a short walk from Gusuku-mae Station, which makes getting to the airport very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space to open two 26-inch suitcases – absolutely perfect! Plus, it was full of thoughtful design details. There's a convenience store right downstairs and Main Place across the street, so shopping and dining are incredibly easy. The staff were very friendly, and there's free coffee on the second floor. "✅ The hotel is right at the entrance of Makishi Station, making its location absolutely superb. It's a 1-minute walk via an overhead bridge, so you barely even need to be in the sun – super convenient!
✅ Downstairs, there are two convenience stores and a large supermarket. All sorts of dining options are available nearby, with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
One evening, we went to explore the big supermarket and found many discounted items. We bought sushi, rice balls, salad, yogurt, milk, and drinks – all very affordable.
✅ The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although the bathroom wasn't a three-piece separation, it didn't feel cramped, and all the toiletries were provided.
✅ From 1 PM to 9 PM daily, the lobby offers complimentary iced drinks, including coffee, tea, and juice. It was so refreshing to come back after a day out in the summer heat and grab a drink.

"The hotel's location is absolutely superb! Getting here is a breeze: it's directly connected to Asahibashi Monorail Station via a second-floor skybridge, and it's also right next to the bus terminal. Ounoyama Park is within walking distance, and you even pass a Don Quijote store along the way. Convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven are plentiful nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast. The room type was standard, nothing particularly special, but it was perfectly sufficient for our family. The bathtub was a bonus, great for kids. And the complimentary coffee and lemonade in the lobby were a pleasant surprise."

The hotel breakfast was just average, but the drinks and cakes at the bar on the first floor were quite tasty. The TV in the room felt too big, though; it made my eyes hurt.

It's close to Kenchomae, Naha Bus Terminal, and Kokusai Dori, right in the middle of everything. This means you avoid the long walk from Kokusai Dori to Kenchomae when joining tours or taking the bus, and it's convenient for taxis. There are two supermarkets less than ten meters across the street, and a Daikoku Drugstore less than 15 meters away. They offer a buffet breakfast in the morning, and the total price was just over 500.

FFuermoluojuanjuanThe location is super convenient; it's a five-minute walk from Asahibashi monorail station, and getting here from the airport is quick. Across from the hotel is the Naha Bus Terminal, making it easy to go anywhere – we even took a bus from there when we switched to our resort hotel later. Although the room was over 20 square meters, it felt a bit cramped, possibly due to the low ceiling, but that's typical for city hotels in Japan, so I can't complain too much. The room had a natural wood style and was generally tidy, but the sofa by the window was quite dirty with suspicious stains. Also, I booked the room very early, but ended up with a third-floor room directly facing the parking garage, which offered poor privacy and views. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk, I was told it was a pre-assigned room and couldn't be changed. Oh well. The highlights of the hotel are the rooftop bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the ground-floor restaurant where you can buy a three-hour all-you-can-drink package, a definite win for alcohol enthusiasts.

On the 2nd floor, there's a washing machine, microwave, and ice machine, and there's an observation deck on the 17th floor. It's a 10-minute walk to Kencho-mae (Prefectural Office), 20 minutes to Makishi Park, and 5 minutes to Miebashi Monorail Station. There's also a 24-hour Maxvalu supermarket just 5 minutes away. You'll find many sake breweries in the vicinity. I was lucky enough to catch the annual Great Tug-of-War event, watched the fireworks and parade, and even took a one-day tour of the North-South line. Truly a great place!

AAnonymous UserLocation: Excellent! Just 400 meters from the Naha Kūkō Station west exit. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right downstairs, and the amazing SAN-A mall is next door. Okinawa DFS is also directly behind the hotel.
Facilities: On the first floor, there's a free coffee machine and free manga for rent.
Downside: There's no smoking area either at the hotel entrance or inside the hotel itself. The designated smoking area is located in the hotel's parking lot.

NNIDAIRA TETSUROI stayed with my elderly mother, and when she got lost in the hotel late at night and couldn't find her way back to her room, a male hotel employee helped her and brought her to the room. He was a truly kind employee. The breakfast was Western-style, but the quality and quantity were both satisfactory. My mother was also pleased with this breakfast, and it was a great way to start the morning. The drink in the photo is Sanpincha (jasmine tea), which is typical of Okinawa, but there was also bright red hibiscus juice available during our stay. The hotel is located just a short walk from Makishi Station on the Yui Rail, and faces a corner of Kokusai-dori, making it an incredibly convenient and unmatched location.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest station.
There are many apartments around, so it feels like a residential area. It's quiet. There aren't many places to eat, but there are plenty if you go around the station.
The guesthouse's parking lot was full, but there were many coin parks nearby, so it wasn't a problem.
It felt like a one-room apartment turned into a lodging facility, with a separate bathroom and toilet and a bathtub. There was also a balcony and a clothesline, so you could hang out your laundry! There is a drum-type washing machine (paid). ^ ^.
The refrigerator had separate freezer and refrigerator sections, so it was good that the ice didn't melt!
It was also good that there were many outlets!
*The staff were not there at night, so I returned before I could receive towels, but I was able to contact them immediately and they were happy to bring them to my room. The staff were all very kind.

It's good value for money, so I would definitely use it again.
