GGuest User(1) The classification of garden-style hotels is simple and worthy of its name. The rooms are all in low-rise villa-style buildings hidden in the garden. The garden landscape is very large. It takes at least 40 minutes to walk through the entire hotel greenery. There are at least dozens of flowers, plants and trees. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet.
(2) The hotel has relatively few automated things, but there are also advantages. There is no light pollution from any electrical appliances after turning off the lights in the room.
(3) The hotel breakfast is very delicious. It can be seen that the ingredients are not sloppy and the cooking is meticulous. The vegetables are carefully fried instead of boiled and oiled. For example, the stems of snow peas are not torn cleanly. The vegetables are good and everything else is good. I especially like fried dough sticks and fried cakes. They are delicious, crispy but not greasy, and there is no residual oil at all. I booked a day and extended it for another day. Unfortunately, I got up late the next day and didn’t have breakfast. It was a pity.
(4) The service is very professional, not just good but professional
(5) There are some imperfections, such as the old decoration, but the flaws are not enough to cover the merits
The geographical location, decoration materials, space environment, and exquisite food are already hardware that is difficult to put together.
In short, I will stay here again next time I come.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the view was also excellent. The front desk staff even upgraded my room and proactively sent me recommendations for local restaurants. The complimentary yogurt was especially delicious, and their attitude was very sincere. The room had a humidifier, so I didn't have to worry about it being too dry at night. The hot water for the shower came on very quickly. When I had questions, their WeChat responses were always very prompt. Taxis were readily available downstairs, which was extremely convenient.

HHHG123Hilton's quality is consistently reliable. The rooms come standard with humidifiers, perfect for the dry高原 climate. There's 24-hour laundry (washer and dryer in one). Breakfast includes yak yogurt and ga mian pian (local noodles). It's super convenient for visiting Ta'er Monastery and Qinghai Lake. Located on a main thoroughfare in Chengdong District, parking is free and ample. Upon check-in, they offer hot ginger tea to help with altitude sickness. The bedding is soft and the soundproofing is excellent. It's a top choice for a rest stop on a road trip.

The rooms are clean and feature smart home systems throughout, with soft bedding and great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast is authentic and delicious, making it my top choice when visiting Xining. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, handling check-in quickly. They patiently explained about the oxygen supply and breakfast arrangements, responded promptly to requests, and were gentle and considerate. The front desk was also efficient with check-in and check-out, proactively informing us about hotel amenities. Their professional service made my business trip very hassle-free.

Hygiene is up to par; there are no noticeable odors or stains in public areas or the guest room, and daily cleaning is well-maintained. The price is very reasonable, offering good value for money compared to other places in the same area and category. It's ideal for short stays or business trips.

GGuest UserThis is my third day at the hotel, and Mr. Li at the front desk reserved the same room with a bathtub for me. It's clean, bright, and comfortable, so I've been sleeping very well every night. Mr. Li even helped me take a passport photo to apply for the UOM app. Plus, the front desk assisted me with receiving a package. Overall, the service has been thoughtful and excellent.

Downstairs, you'll find the Nanguan snack street, and it's just 100 meters to Nanguan Mosque, 400 meters to Dongguan Mosque, and 500 meters to Beiguan Mosque. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. It's only 2 km from the train station and a 30-minute drive to the airport. The floor attendant, Ma Ping, was incredibly welcoming. She gave us yogurt for each room and even helped me freeze the beef and lamb I bought from the night market. I highly recommend Hilton to anyone visiting Xining.

WWodeqimiaonanyouThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and attractions, just a few minutes' walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

BBruce Johnson CTI had two short (two nights each) stays at the San Want. The desk staff is excellent- they get things done, are friendly with a tourist with no Mandarin, and seem to genuinely care about my well being. Checkin was easy and smooth. I had a reservation through Trip.com. There is a food street next door, a Bank of China branch on the corner, and plenty of available taxis and a public bus system that is efficient. It is not a new building, but the owners maintain it. The house restaurant is okay, but there are many choices right outside the door. I will stay again if I return to Xining.
