The location of the room is very good, very close to Xining high-speed railway station. I just happened to finish walking the Qinggan-Gansu Ring Road and was about to make a layover, so I stayed here. The price is very affordable. The boss is very nice and the decoration is quite warm. We all had hot pot here in the evening. It's cheaper for everyone to eat together. The experience is still okay. The rooms in the youth hostel are relatively clean, there is no problem with the water in the bathroom, and the shower is normal. Clean bedding will be provided. Can be charged directly on the bed. After shopping around, there is a supermarket and snack shop downstairs, and there is a barber shop not far away. Although the bed is not big, it is quite comfortable for a night's sleep. The next morning we set off to Kumbum Monastery and in the afternoon we went to the wholesale market. In my opinion, the things in the market are pretty much the same, so you can still take a look around. It's quite close to the museum. I only visited the Qinghai Museum but not the Folk Museum. What a pity! Okay, I'm leaving tonight. May stay again if possible.

The hostel can be reached by a short walkng distance from the local bus stop near the school. If you can use the China Baidu Map Apps (in Mandarin), it is easily can find the right bus route to the hostel as there is another bus stop at the back lane of this hostel. Local bus is cheap at RMB2 per trip, by cash or Apps, so be prepared with RMB1 note or coins. The room is big but some facilities like curtain and furnitures are a bit out dated, it comes with shared toilet and bathroom. Games like billardboard pool table are available. A few food outlets selling local dishes nearby but most of them closed at night.

The bosses and his wife are definitely cultural people who hide in the city, and they are eminent monks who hide their secrets! In addition, there are two kinds of drinking water, mineral water and tap water, at the front desk in the corridor, which is very convenient. Even the boss’s son is very sensible! In the morning, I stood on the overpass, munching on pickled mustard and drinking boiling water to make eggs. I leisurely looked at the sparse flow of people outside the overpass and watched the morning sun rise little by little from the sea of ​​clouds. Hitting a passerby is like being outside the world! This hotel is very safe to stay in! Thanks to the boss and his family of three for providing a warm living environment to tired travelers in faraway Xining!
