AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the location is very good. It is very convenient near Xiangyang East Station. It is also very close to various attractions. It is within 20 minutes. The front desk also gave a play guide intimately, which is super practical.
The facilities are very complete, the most surprising thing for me is that there is a free car wash service, the gospel of the self-driving party! There is also a free laundry room and dryer. It is very convenient to wash and dry the clothes at any time when you go out. In the evening, I returned to the hotel and sent a bowl of free good night porridge, warming my stomach and heart.
The sanitation and environment can't fault it, the room is clean, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is very soft, the sound insulation is good, and the sleep is particularly fragrant.
The service is nothing to say. From entering the door to checking out, every staff member is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. The overall stay experience is very satisfactory. I will choose this one next time I come to Xiangyang !

The room is large and comfortable, and the 1.5-meter twin bed is especially suitable for a family trip with two children! The only thing that I think needs to be upgraded is the dryer in the laundry room, which is not very powerful! Hotels with washing machines and dryers are really a plus when traveling in the summer! GGuest UserI stayed in room 102. Even with the sunshade over the outdoor soaking tub fully open, it couldn't block the view from the second-floor windows.
I suggest hiring younger staff for the front desk (it seemed like both when I arrived and left, they were middle-aged). Younger staff might be more attentive and enthusiastic.
The water in the room was a bit inconvenient to drink.
I suggest placing a mat or towel near the outdoor soaking tub. This would prevent slipping and allow you to step on it before entering the room, otherwise the floor inside will be wet.
Everything else was great; the projector and shower facilities were excellent.
The lack of breakfast was definitely a drawback.
However, the fact that Lezhizhi has several branches in Xiangyang shows their quality. If the front desk service were even better, it would be perfect.

GGuest UserBasically every time I go back to this hotel, the service is not the same as before. Yicheng Hotel can basically bring pets. In the morning, take the dog downstairs to the road outside the hotel to prepare to go to the restaurant for breakfast. I was drunk by a woman who said ”hey hey, the dog can't go in”. Everyone can understand how much mood it is to be stopped on the first day of New Year's Day. I nodded, and then I sent the dog back to the room first. Yes, it is normal for pets to not take them to the restaurant, but is it a loss of etiquette for your hotel staff to drink in public? The aunt for breakfast has a sense of nobility in porridge. Obviously, some food children may not be able to get meals. It may be to help the hotel save the flow! Will go live, but I hope that the quality of service can match the facilities.
