Facilities: Everything else is good. The faucet of the basin is recommended to be improved. There is a knob for hot and cold water. The hot water is only available when the cold water is turned on to the maximum. And the faucet seems to have no foaming machine. The water is boiled and rushed to the basin. The water splashed around, which is very unscientific.

Going to the ancient city is suitable for citywalk, passing the Hanjiang Bridge to the ancient city wall, there is a chance to see the Jiaoliu online train passing by at close range.
🏨 Comfortable environment: the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, there is intelligent voice in the whole house, and the air conditioning, lighting and curtains are very smooth.
❤️ Special thanks to the front desk lady, waiting at the front desk to check in, accidentally left the mobile phone on the sofa, the front desk lady immediately helped to collect the mobile phone and called the room to inform, but also very responsible to unlock the mobile phone to confirm whether it is the owner.

From the morning shift to the evening and even late at night, every single one of them was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. You can really feel that they love what they do their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Each interaction was filled with kindness and respect, and that made all the difference.

The whole hotel smells of lavender. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The breakfast was rich and fresh. I especially like the beautiful lady working at the front desk. She was so warm and generous that it was hard to say goodbye. The first impression is that it is clean and beautiful, and the room is very quiet and warm to live in, and the service is very good. The room attendants are also very nice, and the breakfast aunt is also very enthusiastic. I will stay here again in the future. It is highly recommended and very cost-effective!

The breakfast was probably due to the National Day holiday. There were so many people and it was hard to find a location. It felt like there were several tour groups. There were many choices to eat, but there was nothing to eat. There were too many people.

After negotiating with the front desk, we learned that it was cleaned and opened the door for ventilation. The front desk was very good. The children were prepared with toothbrush slippers for the children. Breakfast is a voucher order method, downstairs is the community canteen, it should be the taste of locals often eat, beef noodles are good.

The hotel is adjacent to the moat, featuring Jiangnan-style architecture, a courtyard layout, and a warm and beautiful lobby and restaurant.
We were upgraded to a different room for free. The room layout was reasonable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the ancient city of Xiangyang and the bright moon.
Breakfast included coffee, which was decent. The only thing I didn't like was the paper cups, but that might be something some travelers prefer. Overall, very good value for money.
