Unlike the floors and parking spaces of other hotels where I stayed the next day, they were shared with other hotels. (Mainly, SDIC Jiayue was fully booked, so there were no seats available the next day). Secondly, the location of this hotel is a little far away from the ancient city and Tangcheng, because I thought that I didn’t care about these problems because I didn’t drive. There are few places to eat and drink for late night snacks nearby, but you can order takeout. If you check into the hotel early in the evening, the hotel has a QR code for ordering food that you can scan and order. Off-topic (the chef in our five-star hotel is available 24 hours a day and can cook as long as the guests need it. This can be improved, although basically no one eats late-night snacks in the hotel). In addition, the operation of turning on the TV program is too complicated. Not enough staff, guests left, not cleaned in time, etc. This cannot be blamed on the hotel, because there were too many people during the National Day holiday, and everyone was comparing notes. All the hotel’s middle-level leaders came back to work to provide services. I chatted with a hotel leader for a long time. In the end, I gave the hotel a 10-point satisfaction rating. I will come to SDIC Jiayue next time because the state-owned enterprise is guaranteed. I hope the hotel will improve a bit and become the No.1 hotel in Xiangyang city in the future.
