GGuest UserAn excellent stay! First off, I have to praise the cleanliness—the room was spotless, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable, too; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties was warm, polite, and very quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety, including local specialties and freshly made noodles and wontons. You can see the high-speed train station nearby, just a few hundred meters away, and despite the new buildings in the area, it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept really well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Urumqi.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. MMaidoumm^(oo)^Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.

I highly recommend staying here, we were very satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, hospitals, and shopping.

AAussie NikThis hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

MM15306****I forgot to take pictures. The hotel room was very clean, the front desk service was excellent, and complimentary fruit was provided in the room. The location is superb, very close to the Grand Bazaar pedestrian street. Shopping and daily necessities are all conveniently nearby. The fruit stall across the road and the dried fruit shop next door offer great value, and there's a cluster of delicious eateries in the alley opposite.
