Perfect
TTuoyangpaluoxitingIt's quite good. It's the best business hotel I've stayed in recently. The supplies are complete, the meals are rich, and the service is quite good for a business hotel. As a practitioner in the hotel industry for many years, I feel sorry for the boss. There are too many redundant parts. It's difficult to support such complex supplies, meals, and labor costs at this room rate, and it's a franchise hotel. The hotel is good, but from an investment perspective, you still need to consider the ** time issue.
GGuest UserThis is a newly opened hotel.
**Facilities:** New, though some items are of lower quality, like the kettle. They have automatic toilets.
**Hygiene:** Clean.
**Environment:** Spacious and grand.
**Service:** Enthusiastic.
The breakfast is plentiful and offers great value for money. They offer three meals a day, and even though I didn't have time to try them all, I could sense the owner's generosity and pioneering spirit. I sincerely hope their management improves, and their business thrives.
GGuest UserFacilities: The amenities are excellent, including a Dyson hairdryer. On the ground floor, there are complimentary welcome fruits and ice cream. The restaurant offers free late-night snacks that are incredibly delicious – I'd even say they're better than Yang Ji's sour rice noodles. The chicken soup is freshly made daily with very fresh ingredients.
Service: The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff are welcoming, beautiful, and have sweet voices. They are thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free, which instantly elevated our experience and made our Pu'er trip even more enjoyable!
The hotel provides a complimentary laundry service; clothes are washed, dried, and delivered to the room. This was a lifesaver for all our dirty travel clothes, so we could go home with everything clean.
Environment: The room is very spacious, and the bathtub retains heat exceptionally well, making for a very comfortable soak. Disposable toiletries are promptly replenished, and the hygiene is impeccable, making for a truly pleasant stay!
RReneewanziguniangStayed at Mengjing Yage on my first day in Puer. The hotel offers a pick-up service, which was very convenient. The room was new, spacious, and bright with plenty of sunlight. It was also fully equipped, and they even provided a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in. The bedding was comfortable. While the breakfast options were limited, they were still tasty. All the staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

Excellent
AAdrian_H.Service: very good! Arranged station pick-up in advance. Easy to communicate. Very friendly.
Breakfast: for this kind of city and hotel very good breakfast. Salad, warm dishes and some sweets. Absolutely sufficient.
Room: very clean. Nice chair to enjoy the view. Powerful shower and toilet flush. Everything I need
Gym: for a hotel of this size and price absolutely amazing
Location: close to station and walking distance to tea terraces (if you like hiking)
Additional: free drinks in the fridge next to reception. Free laundry. Many small lovely details. Perfect stay
OOlive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.
GGuest User• **Room Environment:** The decor is simple and cozy, with light wood tones and warm lighting creating a homelike feel. The bedding is clean and soft, and there's a comfortable daybed. The space is generous and not at all cramped, with a well-thought-out layout.
• **Amenities:** A Siemens washer-dryer is provided, allowing for self-service laundry, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers or those staying for extended periods. The common areas are well-equipped with thoughtful details.
• **Overall Impression:** Clean, tidy, and with practical facilities, it perfectly balances comfort and convenience. It offers great value for money and is ideal for business trips or leisure stays.
💡 The breakfast rice noodles + coffee were absolutely amazing!
MMilandexiaopippoFour-star hotel in the county, cost-effective experience~~
The appearance of the hotel is very special. There is a small balcony outside the window full of green plants. You can see the scenery from afar. On a sunny day, open the curtains and look at the flowers and plants. The mood sunshine index will improve.
The room was spacious, the beds and supplies were comfortable, and there was a large cloakroom. Hotel service is very good, white fungus peach gum will be provided at night, placed on the first floor for personal self-service, I originally felt that this value-added service did not have to look forward to it too much, I didn't expect to drink a sip and found that the real materials are very full and very careful! The hotel buffet breakfast is also good, the variety is rich, and I also drank the rare peanut soup. The staff I met were very good. From the chef of the powder shop, other staff in the restaurant, the staff responsible for the room cleaning to the front desk lady, everyone greeted the guests friendlyly and responded.
GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and equipped with smart home features. The price was also very reasonable, offering better value for money compared to other chain hotels. It's conveniently located near Pu'er Station, about a 10-minute taxi ride or 25 minutes by bus. Breakfast and a late-night snack were included, and there's even a fruit shop nearby.
AAnonymous UserThe first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.
