GGuest UserChoosing this hotel during my trip to Ning'er was definitely the right decision.
First, the location: it's easy to find, and parking is convenient with both above-ground and underground parking. The surrounding area isn't particularly bustling, but it has all the necessary restaurants and small shops selling daily necessities. Most importantly, it's incredibly quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until dawn.
The front desk staff were efficient and straightforward; check-in was completed in just a few minutes. Adding their assistant also resulted in receiving a hotel check-in guide and travel tips.
My first impression of the room was its cleanliness. I'm a bit picky, but the sheets and bathroom were impeccable, without any musty or disinfectant smells. The hot water was strong enough, perfect for a relaxing shower. The internet speed was also fast, allowing me to work or watch movies without any buffering.
What surprised me most was the small garden. Taking a stroll there in the morning to breathe in some fresh air, or sitting there for a smoke in the evening, is much better than being cooped up in the room.
Overall, it's not flashy, but it does everything you need well; it's the kind of place where you feel your money was well spent. If I come here again next time, I'll definitely stay here again.

Location: close to station and walking distance to tea terraces (if you like hiking)
Additional: free drinks in the fridge next to reception. Free laundry. Many small lovely details. Perfect stay

KKongkouyanmissTraveling during the Chinese New Year, the hotel's price and service offered really great value for money. The room was clean, all the facilities were new, and it came with disposable amenities, with a well-designed layout. The breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels of similar standing; besides rice noodles, rice cakes, and regular noodles, they also had wontons. Although the variety wasn't extensive, everything was freshly stir-fried and tasted delicious. It felt very natural and healthy, without any artificial additives.

GGuest UserIf you book early, you can also get a free horseback riding experience. The fee includes three meals a day, you can swim, catch fish in the stream, watch the sunrise and sea of clouds, taste coffee and pick coffee beans. It is definitely a treasure manor. It was New Year's Eve, and we prepared a self-service stir-fry, which tasted good. The self-service beef hot pot was also great, with many varieties, delicious beef, and self-service drinks. What else do you want a bicycle?

WWen (Italy)Very good stay at Lantingyuan Hotel. The hotel is new and has a modern elegant design, with spacious common areas. The furniture is tasteful and focused on tea style. Also a tea showroom space (open for selling goods)
Service and responsiveness:
- The staff promptly accommodated requests for two additional pillows.
- We requested a quiet room away from the elevator, which was arranged successfully.
Room and amenities:
- The room features a thoughtful layout, with a separated shower and toilet.
- The view is striking in the evenings, especially with the colorful LED lights from the neighboring hotel building.
- Clean room
Check-in and dining:
- Check-in was fast.
- We were offered one breakfast for two people for free during our two-night stay.
- Free ice cream in the hall was a pleasant surprise.
Minor drawback:
- The minibar/fridge is not present, which is common in some hotels in China.
Overall impression:
- A very good stay with attentive staff and a strong design-forward vibe. Would consider returning for future visits.

Especially the day shift boy with small eyes is expressionless and especially unfriendly. I called to ask for a very poor attitude to pick up the station! This person is not suitable for front desk service. Smashing customers!
2. In terms of facilities and equipment, the smart toilet in the room is definitely not smart, and I listen to it all night. It will be automatically turned on for a while, and it will be automatically turned off for a while.
3. In terms of catering, two meals and free mineral water and fruit are very good. The waiter who cooks is particularly good! Warm service and good health.
There is a girl at the front desk of this hotel who is very polite.

LLauracxqThe hotel's location is excellent; being a standalone building, there's no light pollution at night, allowing for a pristine view of the starry sky. The hotel service is also great, and the evening activities are abundant, including a bonfire party and a live singer. This made the entire trip vibrant from day to night.

MMat DycThis is a very chic hotel, very instragramable. The designer of the hotel did a great job and had also a lot of attention to detail. This hotel has the best water pressure we ever experienced which makes taking a shower or having a bath a literal blast. Also the hotel stocked a lot of amenities, from face masks to shavers you get everything what you need. The only things to critique is the breakfast and the coffee corner. The breakfast is ala carte but didn’t really taste good. Also the barista did a pretty bad job, so better to book a stay without breakfast and get one of the super tasty rice noodles in peanut sauce from one of the countless shops in Pu’er.

JJasmineSFThe views from the cabin of the rice terraces, sea of clouds, and sunrise were absolutely stunning. However, it's not very friendly for travelers without their own car or those with mobility issues. Our cabin was at the very bottom of the terraces, down several hundred wooden steps/stairs. Going down was a shock, and coming back up with luggage felt like climbing dozens of flights of stairs at an altitude of nearly 2000 meters. I was genuinely out of breath and felt like I was going to pass out. So, once we got into the room, we didn't want to leave. We even skipped the stargazing activity, though thankfully, we could see many stars from our room. The best spot to watch the sunrise is actually from the breakfast terrace, but the sunrise view from the cabin itself was also incredibly breathtaking. We couldn't get a ride-sharing service to pick us up from the top. The hotel doesn't offer shuttle services, but the front desk did take us down to the foot of the mountain in an electric cart. We sat on the stone steps there, trying to call another ride-share, but still couldn't get one. Finally, one came, but the driver said the location was too remote and demanded an extra 50 yuan in cash to take us. If you don't have your own car, it's really inconvenient. Even trying to go out for dinner felt like a huge ordeal.

The hotel I stayed at this trip really brought me a great surprise. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, the staff greeted me with a warm smile. The enthusiasm instantly dispelled the fatigue of my journey and made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. The first thing that came into the room was the clean environment. Every place was cleaned spotlessly. The items were arranged in a well-organized room with complete facilities. My experience of staying this time was excellent. If I have the opportunity to come here again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The surrounding environment is also commendable, quiet and comfortable, and is a great place to relax. Every day here I feel that my body and mind are fully relaxed and happy.
