"I saw this place online for a holiday trip and decided to check in. It didn't disappoint me. First of all, I really like the environment here. It's clean and sanitary. It's equipped with disposable towels and bath towels, which is very considerate. Secondly, the service is also very good. "This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa."

A self-service laundry room is conveniently located on the 4th floor, equipped with detergent, hangers, and dryers – a real plus for travelers. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing free drop-offs to city attractions such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. Additionally, they offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for the train station and the airport bus station. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, attending to virtually all our requests. We are very grateful to everyone who assisted us during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Lhasa!"

One helped me adjust the pillow and body position, and the other gently patted my back to help me breathe. After I felt more comfortable, I felt that I didn’t need to go to the hospital. What touched me most was that they were afraid that the room’s diffuse oxygen supply was not enough, and they also thoughtfully pulled the oxygen tank. It was so thoughtful. The next morning, the doorbell rang gently. I opened the door and found that it was the girl at the front desk who personally brought the breakfast tray, which was filled with porridge, side dishes and steaming sweet tea. ”I was afraid you might feel uncomfortable, so I sent it directly to you,” she said softly, ”Just tell us if you need anything.” Every day after that, I could always hear a gentle knock on the door at a fixed time. Sometimes it was fresh fruit, and every time it was accompanied by warm greetings. Before leaving, the girl at the front desk specially wrote down my return time and helped me call a car in advance. She stood at the door of the lobby with concern in her eyes. At that moment, I suddenly realized that real service is not about form, but about caring from the heart. In this strange city, I met not service staff, but a warm presence like family. Thank you for interpreting what true hospitality is with your meticulous care. However, taxis cannot drop you off directly at the entrance; they have to stop on the main road, requiring a short walk. If this is an issue for you, you might want to consider elsewhere. The service was quite thoughtful overall. On the first night, they offered complimentary snacks, fruit, and even 'goodnight milk'. However, these amenities weren't prepared in my room when I first checked in; I had to specifically request them. I assume they simply forgot. The facilities are what you'd expect from an older four-star hotel, and hygiene was decent. However, on the first night, the lights in my room kept turning on automatically multiple times, which led to a sleepless night. The engineering team fixed it the next day, but no compensation was offered, just a simple apology. When you're on vacation, you want to enjoy yourself, so I didn't push the issue. I just hope they can further improve their service quality. Overall, I'd still recommend it."

"This time I stayed in two deluxe beds and standard rooms for a total of 10 nights. I am satisfied with all aspects of the hotel's facilities and services. The quality of sleep is good. Basically, I adapt to it for one or two nights. No high reaction. Hot water is sometimes slightly unstable, but rarely appears, acceptable. The hotel has a rich choice of Chinese and Western breakfast, especially the salad dishes and fruits are very fresh, and the Chinese noodle stall tastes good. Although the coffee machine is broken during the period, the waiter will provide a good black coffee and the service responds quickly. Hygienic: Every day, room service comes in to clean, no sanitary corners are found, the water and disposable utensils in the room are also replenished in a timely manner, and the brand that changed the sheets will also change the sheets on the same day, very satisfied. Environment: The location can be said to be very good. We walked to Barkhor Street, Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. Although the entrance is a pedestrian street, it is very convenient to take a taxi from the side door. There is an Internet celebrity restaurant on the sixth floor. If you are tired, you can eat directly. It is still the Potala Palace View Restaurant, which solves our dinner for a week. Suggestion: The oxygen supply machine in the big bed room can be changed to a double exit nose in the same twin room. After all, there are many domestic big bed rooms that are also two people. Disposable soft earplugs can be provided to avoid oxygen generators and humidifiers affecting guests' sleep. Breakfast plus a yogurt category, because the plateau is dry, probiotics help digestion."

Service was exceptional and very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic, offering delicious options such as rice noodles, eggs, and a variety of beverages. The location is also incredibly convenient, being very close to Jokhang Temple, and Potala Palace is just a short taxi ride away."
