1. This is by far the best value, most comfortable, and tastiest hotel in Lhasa. I first stayed here during the Keriya Pass trip and was so impressed that I've returned every time since, and have even recommended it to friends.
2. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are spacious, and they provide oxygen, humidifiers, and ample heating. The parking lot is also large.
3. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and genuinely delicious – it's got that authentic wok-hei flavor! It's far superior to many five-star hotels that offer variety but lack taste. They even provide convenient individual bread portions for takeaway.
4. I didn't have time to eat fruit at breakfast, so a lovely front desk attendant kindly packed a small box for me. So thoughtful! The fruit was sweet and fresh, and the quality was excellent.
5. Because of this Lhasa hotel, I now only consider staying at Pingcuo Kangsang hotels whenever I'm in Tibet. I truly recommend it!

I came to Lhasa backpacking alone, initially planning to rough it in a hostel for a few nights. But then a friend practically forced me to try this Hilton, saying 'you'll know once you stay here.' And okay, I admit, I'm completely hooked!
The service was incredibly good. They proactively said, 'Let me arrange a comfortable yet affordable room for you,' and even hand-wrote a 'Lhasa guide' – telling me where to find the cheapest sweet tea, which monasteries have free entry, and which bus routes offer the best scenic views. The most touching moment was when I came back drenched from the rain one day. Immediately, someone brought me a bowl of hot herbal tea and a blanket, saying, 'Don't catch a cold, getting sick at high altitude is a hassle.' This kind of genuine care is something you might not even find in a five-star hotel.
The value for money was surprisingly good. Honestly, I expected a Hilton to cost at least several hundred, but the price I booked was much lower than I anticipated, even more cost-effective than some private rooms in hostels. The room was clean and spacious, with oxygen supply and a humidifier, ensuring a really sound sleep at night. While breakfast wasn't a lavish buffet, it offered plenty of tsampa, butter tea, and boiled eggs, enough to keep me full until the afternoon, saving me lunch money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and getting to the Potala Palace or Jokhang Temple costs just one yuan, making transportation costs almost negligible.
After this stay, I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not just because it was affordable, but because of the unreserved kindness from the ******* people. Next time I visit Tibet, I won't hesitate – I'm definitely staying here again! 🙏🎒

For this trip, we planned stays at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, Songtsam Namcha Barwa, Songtsam Bome, Songtsam Basong Tso, Songtsam Linka Lhasa, and The St. Regis Lhasa. Personally, The St. Regis Lhasa was the most satisfying hotel of our entire journey. While The St. Regis Lhasa is located in a bustling urban area without spectacular views, its convenience, excellent facilities, and overall service truly set it apart. Without a doubt, the St. Regis will be my top choice for future visits to Lhasa, no question about it!

Guest UserI chose Phuntsok Kangsang Hotel based on a friend's recommendation. At an altitude of over 4,000 meters, I unexpectedly found a warmth that felt just like home. The staff were enthusiastic, attentive, patient, and considerate, doing their best to meet our reasonable requests. The meals offered a wide variety, and a breathtaking view unfolded right outside our window. The room was clean and comfortable, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance lingering in the air.

KanmengoukanshijieThe hotel entrance isn't very noticeable, as it's right along the main road. However, the service and amenities are excellent, especially the complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour. You honestly don't even need to leave the hotel for meals – that's definitely worth praising! On the downside, on our first day, a silverfish fell from the bathroom ceiling, so it seems like cleanliness could be improved. I had a similar experience at a five-star hotel in Chongqing ten days ago.

Overall, I am very satisfied, except for the lack of air conditioning (of course, it is mentioned in the hotel introduction). It would be perfect if this could be improved.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Although the road at the entrance is a bit narrow and a bit messy due to road construction, the hotel (especially the room) exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived at the garage, someone came out to greet us and help us park and take our luggage. There was snow chrysanthemum tea (I think, anyway it was chrysanthemum) at the front desk, and a young lady presented you with a Hada.
The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is hot. There is a pharmacy opposite the hotel. If your same-sex friends have severe altitude sickness, you can rent oxygen cylinders and have them delivered to the hotel, which is very convenient.
The hotel view is also very good. You can see the Potala Palace from the bed, although it is from the back. There is also a super large platform, which should be great for eating and drinking in the summer. There are several small glass rooms on the platform, like a mahjong room.
