Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

This hotel is facing Disneyland. If you don't consider Disney Hotel, this hotel can be the first choice. The breakfast is OK, but the parking space is a bit small

The overall hotel environment is great, and it's very close to Disneyland. The staff are also very enthusiastic and professional, and the Disney atmosphere is strong. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. The hotel pool is excellent, and the kids loved it. The hotel has self-service washing machines and dryers, but the malfunction rate and charges are quite high, and you need to bring your own laundry detergent. There are many dining options nearby, so there's no need to book breakfast. Self-parking is convenient and also includes complimentary valet parking. You can see fireworks from the hallways at night, but it can also get noisy.

The hotel is very close to Disneyland, and you can see the fireworks from the room at night. The location is really good. I chose this hotel because they have a laundry room. The front desk staff are very patient and friendly. Please note that the hotel may be full, so we cannot check in early around 2:50 when we arrived, and we have to wait until 3 o'clock to get the room card. In addition, the room settings are quite old, and the light on the bathroom sink is broken. If you want to wash clothes, you need to buy the washing powder yourself. You can get it at the canteen and check it out at the front desk. It costs 2 dollars for a small box (the amount of clothes for one wash). There are 2 washing machines in the laundry room that are broken, so I waited a long time to wash clothes in the morning. In addition, the breakfast is really bad and there are few varieties. If you don’t have laundry or you can accept the hotel’s paid laundry/drying service, I personally recommend not to book this hotel.

Location is about 30min walk to Disneyland but we took Bus 43 there. Check in was easy with a deposit of USD100 and the room was already cooled when we went in. The 2 big beds can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Bathroom had a grab bar beside the tub so it was additional safety feature for the elderly. Bathtub is also very low so it was easy to step into it. There was also a microwave oven but no kettle. Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner are all available and a shower cap was provided. There was also daily housekeeping and check out was also easy. Just remember to ask for your deposit back if you had used cash. Someone is always at the reception so that's a plus point for those who arrive late or leave early.

Everything about this hotel is a perfection; the staff engages on having thoughtful manners towards those who are residents here. If there’s anything being issued they assure you to doing the best & helping out the best way possible that way you’re satisfied.

Great location, about a 15-minute walk to the Disneyland main entrance. The room was very clean with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was spacious, and the sink area was outside, which was super convenient for four people so we didn't have to fight over it. There was only one desk, which wasn't enough for four people, but that's pretty standard for hotels. There's also a pool, but unfortunately, we were too busy this time to use it. Overall, we had a really good experience, especially thanks to the very polite staff who checked us in. They even told us we could check in early if we signed up for a membership. Thank you!

The location is convenient. The breakfast is so-so, a typical American breakfast, just enough to get by. The main advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby, but it's also far enough from noisy areas like Disney, so it's relatively quiet. The room near the road was a bit noisy, but after switching to an inner room, I finally had a good night's sleep.

The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.

The hotel is well located to go to Disney, with bus stops, good services around and the newly renovated hotel very clean,,, has only one problem, the insonorization issue is very bad, If you touch a room in the lower floor you will hear all the footsteps and the neighbors' TV, but if you only sleep like me when we came from Disney, you will not have any problems as you come broken. The breakfast and coffee shop should put some more professional and not capsule, but the hotel price is insurmountable,,, quality price you will not find anything better in the area.
