"The biggest highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle service to and from Disneyland! It drops you off right at the park entrance, so you don't have to wake up early to walk or take a taxi. You can sleep in and head out at your leisure. Even when the park closes late at night, there's a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the hotel. After a whole day of walking, your feet are probably killing you, so having a shuttle is such a lifesaver! The shuttle drivers are all very friendly, and the service is always on time. The only thing to remember is to check the shuttle schedule in advance so you don't miss the last bus. 🏨 Room & Facilities The room was very clean, and the two large beds were perfect for two adults and two children. There's also a bathtub, which was super relaxing for a soak after a long day. All the basic amenities are provided, including a fridge, microwave, and TV. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were both quick."

"Highly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim! I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim. The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials."

"Cosy environment! Min’s drive to eateries and amenities. Comes with microwave oven. Breakfast spread is the same every day, but no complaints! Clean and tidy. Best if it comes with water boiler since we have kids!"

"The hotel is well located to go to Disney, with bus stops, good services around and the newly renovated hotel very clean,,, has only one problem, the insonorization issue is very bad, If you touch a room in the lower floor you will hear all the footsteps and the neighbors' TV, but if you only sleep like me when we came from Disney, you will not have any problems as you come broken. The breakfast and coffee shop should put some more professional and not capsule, but the hotel price is insurmountable,,, quality price you will not find anything better in the area."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. The location is incredibly convenient — just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. No need for shuttles or expensive parking; we could easily head to the parks in the morning and come back for a quick rest whenever we wanted. The hotel offers 24/7 customer service, which was a real lifesaver after long days at the theme parks. Whether we needed extra towels, help with directions, or late-night recommendations, the staff was always available and responsive. Speaking of service, the overall staff was friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One small suggestion for improvement: while breakfast is available, I wish there were even more variety and options for breakfast choices. A wider selection of international dishes, healthier alternatives, or more customizable stations would make the morning meal even better, especially for families with different preferences. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the hotel has a nice, modern vibe after recent updates. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-serviced hotel close to Disneyland, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim Resort. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!"

"Breakfast is a very rich American breakfast, clean and hygienic. The room type of the suite is really good and it is spacious. The gym is small and tastes too big. It is not far from Disney. You can go over and go straight to the north without going to the main entrance of Disney. It is about 1.5km. It is quite convenient. Don't look at the positioning on Ctrip, not allowed, it is actually on the side of the road. The front desk is very welcoming, self-service laundry, laundry/mixing 3 knives, on the 2nd floor."

"The pictures do not lie. Rooms are nice, good size, maids are friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Doesn't have a lot of shady people lurking around. Parking lot is gated and locked at night with keypad entry. Definitely recommend this place. Pricing is reasonable, book online for best prices."

"We stayed here for three nights for our trip to Disney. Access to Disney was convenient, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to downtown. The room was spacious, and a light breakfast was also included. The only downsides were that the room wasn't cleaned once during our stay, and fresh towels weren't replenished. We did, however, get new towels when we asked at the front desk. Additionally, the shower was difficult to adjust. But overall, it offered good value for money, so I would definitely consider staying here again for our next Disney trip."
