"Upon checking into our first room, we found the lights weren't working and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff member there was very kind. However, the door to the second room we were assigned wouldn't open. We returned to the front desk, and a staff member came up to try and open it for us, but it still wouldn't budge, possibly due to a faulty key card. We were then moved to a third room, which was in even worse condition than the first one. The bathroom was incredibly tiny, and the room layout felt different. We ended up dragging our luggage from the 3rd floor, to the 1st, then to the 2nd, just to switch rooms, all while repeatedly waiting in long queues at the front desk. My friend and I were here for a fun trip, and we didn't want to let these issues ruin our mood, so we just decided to make do with the third room for the night. The staff members, to their credit, clearly tried their best and were very kind throughout. It's simply the facilities themselves that are the main problem here. On the positive side, the hotel's location right next to Disney was fantastic, allowing us to watch the Disneyland fireworks around 9 PM. I didn't even realize there was a pool; I would have definitely packed my swimsuit if I had known! They had unlimited popcorn by the pool, but unfortunately, kids had spilled it all over the hotel hallways, creating a huge 'popcorn party' mess that made it impossible to walk through properly. More effort into improving the facilities and overall cleanliness would be greatly appreciated. Apart from these concerns, everything else was excellent."

"Just a few minutes walk from Disneyland entrance. Very family friendly hotel. The Pizza was great as well. The water park was ok. The water didn’t seem the cleanest. They probably used ALOT of chlorine because my kids eyes burned badly. We had to buy them goggles in order for them to be able to enjoy the water. Other than that, the hotel was really great. I would recommend for sure."

"Cosy environment! Min’s drive to eateries and amenities. Comes with microwave oven. Breakfast spread is the same every day, but no complaints! Clean and tidy. Best if it comes with water boiler since we have kids!"

"Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service."

"Very easy checking in and out from this place. However, the bed squeaks when you moved. The bed needs to be replaced cuz it’s annoying when you’re trying to get a good night sleep. Breakfast need a little improvement on a selection. Otherwise, it was very convenient for our weekend getaway."

"While the hotel isn't brand new or luxurious, we didn't encounter any cleanliness issues. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, so we ended up turning it off ourselves. We visited Los Angeles in January 2025, so the weather was mild. The room provided disposable cups, which was understandable and reassuring. There was a hot water dispenser, similar to a coffee machine, which worked fine, albeit a bit slow. The hotel is conveniently located near a 7-Eleven, where we bought water and instant noodles. It's a 15-minute walk to the Disneyland security entrance, but we opted for an Uber, which was very affordable. Breakfast was included, with the same options daily, and the staff were all very pleasant. One thing to note is that the duvet wasn't in a cover; it was two sheets wrapped around the comforter directly on the bed. As long as you're careful not to mess it up, it works fine. Overall, it's a good choice if you're just looking for a place to stay while visiting Disneyland."

"I love this place. It's so cute and rustic and the jacuzzi tubs are huge. I soaked for hours. The pool are is very nice as well and theirs ample parking. And the best part is the comfy beds. Uhhhh I could sleep forever in them.Definitely recommend The Lemontree."

"The location is next to Disneyland, within walking distance. Nearby hotels are basically in the same area, and the distance is about the same. You can also see the fireworks show from the hotel, and there are many places to eat nearby. The rooms are quite large, and they all have small balconies. The hotel is like a small garden, and there is also a water park for children to play. Because there is a highway nearby, the noise is quite loud, there is nothing we can do. Parking fee is acceptable, about 30 after tax. We checked out at 11 o'clock, and they agreed to let us park until 14:00. In addition, the staff service is good."

"We stayed here or 4 nights during our Disneyland and Disney California Adventure trip, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The reception staff were consistently helpful, insightful, and clearly experts in what they do, you can tell they take pride in their work. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily. While the breakfast wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I recognize that’s a matter of preference. Our room was fully equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, and even a bathtub. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly together, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the city. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit."
