If you don't ask for it, no one cleans the room, and this wasn't mentioned during check-in. Coming back from Disneyland at night, I found the bed and bathroom completely untouched. When I called the front desk, they said it was too late and housekeeping had already finished for the day. Also, the hotel rooms don't provide disposable toothbrushes; you have to go to the front desk on the first floor to get them if needed."

"It was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also ample and satisfying. It's also very conveniently close to Disney. There is a shuttle bus to the official Disney parking lot nearby, but it's quite a distance from where you get off the shuttle bus to where you leave the parking lot, so I decided to walk back to the hotel instead of taking the bus."

It's just a few minutes' walk to the next-door parking lot where you can catch a free shuttle. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores right across the street. The hotel's cleanliness was great; the duvets and pillows didn't have any strange smells. However, housekeeping is every other day, so we didn't have room service during our two-night stay. The breakfast was just okay and probably not ideal for Chinese tastes."

"The hotel is well located for going to Disney, with bus stops, good services around and the recently renovated hotel is very clean. It only has one problem, the soundproofing is very bad. If you get a room on the ground floor you will hear all the footsteps and the TV of the neighbors next door, but if you are just going to sleep like I did when we came from Disney, you will not have any problems because you will arrive exhausted. The light breakfast and the coffee maker should be more professional and not the capsule ones, but the price of the hotel is unbeatable. Quality-price ratio, you will not find anything better in the area."

"The room was cramped and crowded, the kitchen was dirty, and the dishes had to be washed before use. Several hotels were densely packed together, like in Tsim Sha Tsui. What was particularly incredible was that the room I was given was a corner room, with only half of the window visible, and the other half was blocked by the wall. This was the second time I encountered Marriott's discrimination against Ctrip users. I will never book Marriott hotels on Ctrip in the future."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, my son and I were walking to the Savannah Bananas game at Angels Stadium and they let me know the best way to get there. I also asked about Disneyland since we have Magic Keys (but typically stay closer to the park or on property). So Uber it was, which worked out great! It seems like they are always cleaning the common areas in the hotel, it felt very clean in our room, as well as where the complimentary breakfast was. The complimentary breakfast honestly made the stay a step above what I was expecting. They have your usual bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, but everyone lines us for the FRESHLY made pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, and one day it was hash browns the other day it was roasted potatoes. The line can get long but moved quickly even just with the one person working the grill. (They deserve a raise!) All around it was a nice hotel, friendly staff, and I’d stay there again."
