SSagar DodejaWe became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water.
Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card.
Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim.
We will try to avoid staying here the next time.

黄黄羽开The hotel service was generally very good. It's very close to Disneyland, very convenient, just walking distance. I went to Disneyland for three consecutive days, and walking there and back was good exercise. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; I could ask them any questions, and they were very patient in explaining everything.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGuest UserThe room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room.

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

MMARK1972The hotel is in a good location. The sister who checked us in was very enthusiastic. She even came out to help us store our luggage and took us to breakfast. The hotel has a special channel to enter the park half an hour in advance. It is located next to the swimming pool. The room is very small, the bathroom is very small, the hotel facilities are very old, the shower water flow is very small, which is the level of a fast hotel. It is the worst Disney hotel we have stayed in. The door card for check-in can only be obtained after 3 pm. The parking fee is more than 60 US dollars a day. There is valet parking. The service is very good and very convenient. Generally speaking, if you come to play and stay here, it is absolutely convenient, but the facilities are definitely unsatisfactory and not worth the price. Breakfast is more than 60 US dollars per person plus tax. There are not many things to eat. It is a typical white meal, and you have to pay a tip. And I have already checked out, and the hotel swiped my credit card twice, but both times failed. I found that this card was frozen in the future. I don’t know why, and it was in the middle of the night. Everyone should pay attention!

MMr TongThe location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me.
If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access.
Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄
No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room.

AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

GGuest UserHotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
