GGuest UserThere was a little incident when checking in, but the Hong Kong compatriots solved it properly and provided freebies. It was a very satisfactory ending.
The room facilities are not very new, but definitely not old. The only regret is that the bedding has stains.
It is very convenient to go to the park and it is very close to Din Tai Fung for dinner (you must queue up on the app 1-2 hours in advance)
The outdoor swimming pool is very suitable for children.

GGuest UserLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

SSagar DodejaWe became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water.
Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card.
Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim.
We will try to avoid staying here the next time.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

드드라이어Very clean. And 10mints to go to the Disney by walk. Many people walk. After fireworks many people go along the street together so it is feel safe. There was ice machine every floor. I fill my bottle with ice. It was very helpful. It is in so room door is espoused out there so A little noisy. If I go Disney again, then I will visit this hotel again. Reasonable price and good to sleep. You can use pool early in the morning.

GGuest UserUpon checking into our first room, we found the lights weren't working and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff member there was very kind. However, the door to the second room we were assigned wouldn't open. We returned to the front desk, and a staff member came up to try and open it for us, but it still wouldn't budge, possibly due to a faulty key card. We were then moved to a third room, which was in even worse condition than the first one. The bathroom was incredibly tiny, and the room layout felt different. We ended up dragging our luggage from the 3rd floor, to the 1st, then to the 2nd, just to switch rooms, all while repeatedly waiting in long queues at the front desk. My friend and I were here for a fun trip, and we didn't want to let these issues ruin our mood, so we just decided to make do with the third room for the night. The staff members, to their credit, clearly tried their best and were very kind throughout. It's simply the facilities themselves that are the main problem here. On the positive side, the hotel's location right next to Disney was fantastic, allowing us to watch the Disneyland fireworks around 9 PM. I didn't even realize there was a pool; I would have definitely packed my swimsuit if I had known! They had unlimited popcorn by the pool, but unfortunately, kids had spilled it all over the hotel hallways, creating a huge 'popcorn party' mess that made it impossible to walk through properly. More effort into improving the facilities and overall cleanliness would be greatly appreciated. Apart from these concerns, everything else was excellent.

GGuest UserHotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.

LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
