Anaheim Hotels with Wifi

"## Room: The room was spacious. Some rooms are a bit noisy due to their proximity to the highway. Bottled water in the room is complimentary only for Hilton Honors members; otherwise, it costs $4 a bottle. Wi-Fi requires you to register as a member (I'm not sure if it's mandatory, but I had to register to use it). Housekeeping services need to be requested at the front desk upon check-in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong, but it was sufficient. As usual, no toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers were provided (I brought my own, so I don't know if they can be requested from the front desk). ## Hotel Facilities: There's a small convenience store next to the front desk on the first floor, selling snacks, drinks, and water. The lobby also has a coffee shop that opens at 6:30 AM. I received two complimentary cookies during check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! ## Transportation: To get to Disneyland, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service (bus routes 6/12 or 12), though the schedule isn't always precise. You can buy a day pass on the official website for $6 per adult; it's more cost-effective if you plan to use the bus for both往返 trips. A single ride with a credit card costs $4, and you'll be billed the next day. You can also take an Uber to Disneyland from the hotel entrance. ## Nearby: Across from the hotel, there's a Starbucks and a Wendy's. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, The Outlets at Orange, where you can shop."

"There were restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so it was comfortable to stay. Cleaning is only available if you stay for 3 nights or more, or if you request it separately at the front desk. The walls were thin, so I could hear footsteps from the next room and the floor above, which was disappointing."

"Upon checking into our first room, we found the lights weren't working and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff member there was very kind. However, the door to the second room we were assigned wouldn't open. We returned to the front desk, and a staff member came up to try and open it for us, but it still wouldn't budge, possibly due to a faulty key card. We were then moved to a third room, which was in even worse condition than the first one. The bathroom was incredibly tiny, and the room layout felt different. We ended up dragging our luggage from the 3rd floor, to the 1st, then to the 2nd, just to switch rooms, all while repeatedly waiting in long queues at the front desk. My friend and I were here for a fun trip, and we didn't want to let these issues ruin our mood, so we just decided to make do with the third room for the night. The staff members, to their credit, clearly tried their best and were very kind throughout. It's simply the facilities themselves that are the main problem here. On the positive side, the hotel's location right next to Disney was fantastic, allowing us to watch the Disneyland fireworks around 9 PM. I didn't even realize there was a pool; I would have definitely packed my swimsuit if I had known! They had unlimited popcorn by the pool, but unfortunately, kids had spilled it all over the hotel hallways, creating a huge 'popcorn party' mess that made it impossible to walk through properly. More effort into improving the facilities and overall cleanliness would be greatly appreciated. Apart from these concerns, everything else was excellent."

"Wow! What a great place. Check in was pleasant and helpful; we arrived early (10a) so our room was ready. They held our luggage until we returned from Disneyland that evening. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff outstanding, they worked hard and exhibited happiness. Grandkids loved the water slides and pool area. Staff there seemed bored but still helpful. All in all they have a great staff; HR be sure to take care of them! If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Anaheim, the Cambria will be on our list to stay at again."

"We had a nice time. Staff were very accommodating, facility was clean, easy check-in/out process, very close to lots of food and attractions. 10 minutes from downtown Disney.. it was wonderful. The options/quality of the breakfast buffet wasn’t great but it was convenient for our group. Would absolutely come back again!"

"The advantage is that it is very close to Disney, a 15-minute walk; and free parking. But the service is hard to describe, the front desk is okay, but the room service is a mess, and they didn't even refill coffee and water, speechless"

"The hotel location is good and the room was clean. However, during checkout at 8:30am, there was only one staff member at the counter. She was processing a check-in very slowly for the guest in front of me. When I informed her that I only needed to check out, she told me she would attend to me later. I ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes just to return my access card. When it was finally my turn, she told me that I could simply drop the card into the box. She could have informed me earlier instead of letting me wait unnecessarily in the queue."

"I stayed there for Disney in California. The location is very good, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Disney, so even if I stayed at Disney until midnight, I felt safe because there were many people returning to the hotel. Towels were changed every day, coffee was refilled, and hair in the bathtub was also collected, so that was good. However, it takes some skill to use the shower! First, you need to pull out the temperature control lever to get water out of the faucet! Water doesn't come out just by turning the lever! It requires a lot of strength, so be careful as it will slip with wet or soapy hands! When you pull out the lever, water comes out of the faucet below, and if you pull up the knob on the top of the faucet, it will switch to a shower. You can adjust the temperature by turning the lever, but if you turn it too much it will go back to cold water, so please adjust it. Also, a cockroach appeared in the shower room. I didn't know how to use the shower, and I couldn't get rid of the cockroach, so I called the front desk and they helped me. They said they would send maintenance, but no one came after about 15 minutes, so I ended up going to the front desk to call them. The front desk staff seemed to have contacted maintenance immediately, but the maintenance staff never came right away, probably because they were always out somewhere. We played until Disney closed, and to be honest, I was very tired of the room problems that occurred after that. Maybe because we called the front desk a lot, on the last day, they left cookies in the room as an apology. 😅 It takes a while for someone to come, but they will respond if you request it, so if there are no problems with the room, you can go to Disney within walking distance, it is cleaned, and I think it is a good price for a hotel where you just sleep."

"We usually stayed at other hotel near Disneyland, but this time we picked Hilton and it was great! Except for the pricing, location and service are good. There is a shop on the left of the main entrance, and we got all food and drinks in that little shop. Starbucks is also in the building but it was crowded. This hotel is also very close to convention center, and it was very convenient for people who go to trade shows. I will definitely come back if the price is reasonable."

"We became Hyatt Member and still we had to call so many times for just 2 bottles of water. Moreso, it’s been 20 days and still they have not released the security deposit. Everywhere we went in our USA trip, the security deposit was released the very same day of checkout. We called them so many times, they say that we have unblocked it but it still show pending in our credit card. Then we saw many google reviews that this is a common problem of Hyatt Place at Anaheim. We will try to avoid staying here the next time."
