The hotel facilities are diverse and very convenient.
It's a pity that the service attitude is not very friendly. My children and I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said that there were no rooms ready and asked us to come back at three o'clock in the afternoon. We came back after lunch. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room for us near the elevator. We went up After seeing the room, we immediately went back to the front desk and asked them to change rooms. We told the front desk that the children might be woken up by the noise in the morning because they were close to the elevator, and we hoped to change to another room, but the front desk staff was reluctant and only said, ”I don't t think so we have other room for you!”,
Because we were staying for 3 nights and expressed that we could not accept a room so close to the elevator, the front desk staff went to express it to the manager, and the manager immediately said that he could change the room for us.
But for three nights, the bed was not clean. My children and I were bitten by insects every day. Our hands, feet and back were also bitten every day, which was itchy and painful.

Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!!
The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…

I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

Very good, spacious rooms, advanced facilities, clean and tidy, good environment and service in the public area of the hotel, with a public laundry and drying room. It is close to Disney Town, but a little far from the main gate. High cost performance, very satisfied with taking the kids to Disney.

The service was really the best thing of the hotel, very very helpful, much more so than many 4-5 stars. This is the first time I actually tipped in a hotel. The hotel itself is a pretty old and trip.com's pictures are pretty deceiving (more than the average level of deceiving compared to other hotels). Luckily, even though the whole room is pretty old, the bathroom has a very acceptable level of cleaniness.

Hotel LuLu was chosen as our accommodation for our visit to LA Desney land.
You can leave Disneyland midway, rest, and then return, and considering that it closes at 12:00 p.m., this hotel is satisfactory for both price and distance. It takes 15 minutes on foot or 3-5 minutes by car from the hotel. In particular, the hotel's outdoor pool is very nice. Not enough to get along with children

Booked separately in two days, communicated at the front desk and changed to a unified room type (but not up but down...), the room got to the second floor without an elevator 🛗, you have to lift your luggage up by yourself, and the most embarrassing thing is that there is glass on the roof early in the morning Wake up at six o'clock when the sun rises, you need to wear an eye mask! ...... Children can play in the water world, which is not bad. It is a ten-minute walk from Disney, and there is a place to eat opposite. There is also a small supermarket on the first floor of Building 1 of the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks

Pros- literally right across the street from Disneyland and California Adventure, located on the same block as a ton of restaurants and shops, under ground parking, microwave and fridge in room, quiet
Cons- check in was a bit confusing and they didn’t have a map of the property to give so to find the pool was a bit of a challenge. The smell of their detergent and cleaning agents overwhelm the whole hotel, especially their bed linens. I brought my own blanket and the perfume it picked up from just being on top of the sheets for one night was incredibly strong and had to be washed out.

JJoybI’m writing this because it helped when I was looking to book a place for our trip to Disneyland and also I was happy with my stay. We stayed 3 nights here. I had stayed here before 20yrs ago. First, the castle theme is eye catching for the kids( my daughter is 17 and it was her 1st time to Disneyland) she thought it was cool. Place was clean, hot tub was hot and the pool was good temperature and all was clean. Well lit, no weird activities or people around. Good parking area. Room had a microwave and refrigerator that I wasn’t specifically looking for but it came in really handy. We ordered door dash and kept drink and left overs in frig. It’s close to restaurants, Starbucks, walgreen and of course Disneyland. I have a bad knee and It was close enough for me to walk without issues. It’s like 2 blocks away. I forgot to mention I needed a first floor room when I booked it and the staff made sure I got one. They did inform me that it is a bit noisier on the first floor which there were some noise but nothing crazy and I appreciated the information. People are on vacation so the place had early activity from guest but still not anything too noisy. I looked at hotels for hours trying to pick one for this trip. One I was going to pick also said it is close to Disneyland but I noticed it when we arrive in town and it was on the back side. This hotel is on the same street as the main entrance to Disneyland. We walked back to the hotel after midnight and the streets was well light as well as the hotel. I’m really glad I chose this hotel and I would stay here again. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserIf your going to Disneyland this hotel is perfect. Your just across from the entrance and closer than some official Disney hotels. It also has parking which I was really worried about. It was so close we could go back to the room for an hour at midday rest recharge phones and go back in. Will stay again if going to Disney. Only issue no hairdryer in the room and it can be a little noisy at night as people come back from the park.

GGuest UserHotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

Taxi to Disney is 10 minutes and about $10.
Angels Stadium has a large parking lot, so it takes about 10 minutes, but it was close enough to be happy.
As for breakfast, hot meal changed a little depending on the day.
Bagels, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc. are sufficient in quantity. I was able to take it back to my room and eat it.
The facility itself feels like an old American house, but the receptionist and breakfast staff are all very nice people, and the feeling of the city makes it a very comfortable hotel.
My husband seemed to enjoy the small jacuzzi (hot water) in the pool.
Room cleaning is available upon request up to the day before.
Coin laundry $4, credit card only.
There were restaurants and a convenience store (ampm) nearby, which was convenient.
If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

JJINFANG15 minutes walk to Disney, a road, near. The room is smaller than Disney, there is a swimming pool gym, and there is a small water park for children. That is, we stayed for 2 nights, and the room was nap for a while in the afternoon of the first day, then went out and came back to the room without cleaning.

The prices of the rooms are actually really cheap abd affordable, especially when compared to the other hotels in that area. Rooms are clean, have good lighting, and the furnishings and decor are not outdated. Overall: I can’t complain about this hotel or it’s staff members. I’d Recommend staying here for all ages as well as for any type of trip-both business & leisure trips.

HHigbyThe security guard was very rude! He was hassling us as we were loading our car with our belongings. We had a long trip ahead of us so we had to organize our stuff in the car, which would have taken us about 20 mins AT THE MOST. With him constantly harassing us about taking too much time and us having to stop what we’re doing to speak with him it ended up taking us an hour to do the task. We also were traveling with my emotional support animal whom just had babies (2 kittens) and so they were in the car in a cage and he even started yelling while my husband was cleaning out the litter box which terrified our pets!! It’s crazy how unprofessional this man was.
On the other hand, the room itself was nice! I loved the layout, how there is a sliding door that separates the front half which is the bed, tv, and bathroom area. And then the back half has a sofa ( that can be pulled out into a bed) and a sofa chair, coffee table, and two end tables, the windows which do open, and an additional tv. It’s perfect for my husband whim likes to watch tv all night while I’m sleeping in the bed in the other area. They also have a great breakfast with a waffle maker!! So besides the security guard in the parking structure I had a great experience at this hotel.

MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
