Stayed at the beach front villa with direct access to the beach . It’s the best type of accommodation of all the rooms that the hotel offer.
The staff really takes care of the beach. They smoothen the sand out and clean the beaches every morning. You wake up to a clean litter free beach. That’s really the bonus.
However being so close to the beach, there is always people sitting infront of the villa. Less privacy and distracting the view.
There is a block of water right at the steps before you enter the villa. That’s a very nice touch to clean and wash off sand before going into the villa and avoid too much sand in the room. Another good bonus.
Another nice touch, clean towels were provided after every two days
The front porch was good to hang out and chill. It was also good pls to dry wet cloths as there is not enough hooks and hangers.
We were happy the villa comes with a bath tub.
In general the entire villa is a lil rustic but it’s clean and still good condition
The location is away from the noisy street which was good but it also means there is only a few restaurant/ shops option nearby. It still works for a short beach getaway.
The water is pretty calm and shallow. Not much to see during snorkeling but it’s still fun to see fishes. The view of the beach at night is pretty and has a touch of Italy with all the lights on the hill.
Overall a good experience and lovely stay

Lovely clean large room with comfy bed and plenty of clean towels and aircon. Bathroom / shower products included. Tea and coffee facilities and safe in room provided. Beautiful little swimming pool with sun loungers and direct access to beach. I couldn’t find the wifi password anywhere after the front desk closed so just don’t forget to ask when you check in. Very friendly welcome on arrival :)

I was placed in a room that overlooked the staff entrance so had the noise of them chatting on breaks and coming and going on their scooters so was a bit noisy. The phone in the room wasn’t connected, so just a prop I guess? The fridge defrosted and stopped working. They replaced this but with a European plug (using my only adaptor). Turns out that the plug port had blown so I had to lose some food and find another socket in the room (could not supply me with a replacement adaptor). The teaspoon was dirty and I had to ask to have a tv provided. The shower wouldn’t work hot. The pressure of the hot water wasn’t enough to keep the valve to feed the shower, open. On arrival I used the “luggage storage” which was just an area where everyone dumped their luggage (open plan next to reception) when I came back to check in, my rucksack wasn’t there. It was erroneously taken with another guests luggage. My passport and cash/cards were enclosed so luckily they managed to locate it. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and needs attention. Overall the staff are great and hard workers, the owner clearly lets the place down.

Great hotel, clean, close to the sea. We lived in house C6, spacious room, large bed, but consists of 2 beds, 2 separate blankets, 4 pillows of different density, clean, tidy, daily cleaning, change of towels, there are also beach towels that are changed every day and you can ask to change them additionally if necessary. There is a beach bag, flip-flops, if required. There are chairs and a table on the veranda. The only thing I would like is to clean up outside the windows, there are nice palm trees, but for some reason everything is littered. Standard breakfasts, but delicious, they make omelets, the staff is attentive, friendly and ready to help, they clean the area, clean the pool and the beach. Currently, they are building a beach restaurant near the pool, but in general, it was not annoying. The staff look after things on the beach, one day we went for a walk along the beach and left a bag with things on the sun loungers, but it started to rain, upon returning we found our neatly packed things in our bag with the guys near the bar. It is very convenient that there is a 7/11 right next door, the cheapest and good massage, on the rest of the beach it is more expensive by 100-300 baht, there is a fruit stand nearby, which is rare for Samui, since for some reason there were not many fruits. In general, I liked everything, I will come again. We walked to the central Samu in the evening or took a taxi for 100 baht

The building we lived in was across the road. The hotel has two buildings - on the beach and across the road overlooking the lake. Since there is a stadium there, every evening we heard very loud and intrusive advertising of Thai boxing fights and it was very annoying. The noise from the road was audible. The windows did not open. It was impossible to air out the room. Everything else was fine. The central station was nearby, food was nearby. A swimming pool in each building. There were sun loungers on the beach.

Service and location were great. The staff was friendly. Didn't like the restaurant (The pizza was certainly not fresh) there are way better options for food very close by (Like the Ark bar). There were a lot of gecko's, but none in the Room. It was overall a decent experience.

I went on my own and loved it. 39 year old single female. Ibis had everything I needed. It was right on the beach with an adult swimming pool too. The service was excellent and they connected me to a fantastic and safe driver Kasim, call him (**********) for your taxi service. He was always punctual too. Id definitely rate Ibis as the perfect stay.

The hotel is at the beach, nice villas, beautiful environment.
The beach is like 10 m away, it is not private though.
In the evenings there's a Dj, so you can chill by the pool or sip your cockltail at the bar, looking at the sea.
All was perfect during my stay, except breakfasts.

Outstanding
SSvennerWe were there for only one night as the ferry was only driving to Koh Phagnan the next day. It is a very idyllic hotel with 16 rooms, which was furnished with much love for details. Philippe is the owner and incredibly guest friendly. Although we stayed only one night, he organised the transfer. We think if you want to stay longer, you should rent a roller as the hotel is a little away, very quiet for it.
Absolute recommendation and thank you very well.

The service was impeccably friendly and helpful, and the cost per night was veey reasonable.
The location was excellent, being right on the beach and only a short walk from the nightlife in Lamai. It was also far enough away that there was virtually no noise pollution.
Overall, I would stay here again!

Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or Expedia and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there.
It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.

PPhone Myat NaingHotel location is a bit awkward. It is not on the main street but hidden inside. We got lost first time finding it. Also to reach to beach, cannot to straight from hotel. Need to go very long way to reach access lane to beach as the beach is almost fully covered by Luxury Resort hotel beach front.
Room location is also a bit awkward. First enter building A and pass over bridge to enter building B. There is no straight enterance/exist for Building B.
AC is not properly working for our room that day although we adjusted several mode.
Will not be staying that hotel next time in Koh Samui.

The tank was repaired, but the air conditioner broke down at night, and it was stuffy and hot all night. Upon check-in they took a deposit of 2000 baht.

Breathing room found a worm two big spiders toilet floor ant hotel is the most terrible is breakfast I have never seen so many flies breakfast from small to large, some of the open-side food at the poolside is not covered with plastic wrap and flies directly You have to keep looking at your own dish, or you have to keep an eye on your own dish. Otherwise, the sliced bread is placed on a shelf against the wall. It is easy to see that the ants are too disgusting to run. There are many flies in the room. The ants are too collapsed. There are only one or two waiters in the room. There is no smile. No smile may be because they are more tired.
