This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.

My stay at Worth Elite Hotel during my trip to Makkah was amazing. The overall experience was decent, there are a few aspects worth noting for future travelers.
The hotel itself is modern, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful place to rest after long days at the holy sites. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay.
One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore.
However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance.
From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive.
Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.

The location of the hotel was good. There was a shuttle bus to haram every 30 minutes. Room was served every day. Room was clean. Internet speed wasn't good. Breakfast was awful. Bread was mouldy and there was hair inside the jam. I don't recommend to pay for breakfast.
The Three Points Musalli Makkah is one of the newest hotels in Makkah, having opened in 2022. From the hotel, Mina Train Station 1 is just 11km away. This hotel is located near many of Makkah's attractions including Abdul Aziz Kaki Mosque, Masjid Abu Bakr Siddiq and Masjid Bin Ladin. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Vacations at Makkah could be a dream. But staying at a hotel down the street - from where you can view the Clock of the biggest clock tower in the world is a dream come true. Only 20 minutes walk away (depending on your speed) or 5 minutes drive, and you’ll be in Harem. What you expect from a hotel room after an physical exertion is a cozy bed, healthy atmosphere and finest sanitary products; and of course coffee! Trust me that’s all you need after a long drive or flight. (I’m not kidding but you won’t feel the jet lag in their beds). Three Points Musalli was not a hotel of the Clock Tower, however it maintained its standard. Despite parking being an issue, there was nothing that could disappoint you. There were elevators that were on time, services just a call away, coffee shop, guests washrooms, and a wide seating area. I mean what else do you need? I’ve been to many hotels, and yes Swiss or Pullman Zamzam may be a part of Harem, but that doesn’t mean they were the best. Their rooms were pretty much squeezed (sq ft) and the services are never on time; plus their wifi have proxy so you can’t access every website. And it’s only because they are 5-stars, hence BUSY as hell. They are heavily populated with tourists. However, the Three Point Musalli is only 3-star but the size of the rooms, interior of both the rooms and bathrooms, plus the services provided literally make it better than 5-star. Honestly, after living in the 5-star hotels, I don’t believe the at we should rate any hotel with stars since each of them have their own pros and cons. But I give Three Point Hotel 100 golden stars. It deserves it.

The worst and pathetic hotel to stay in Mecca! Rooms might look nice in picture but there is absolutely no room service. We are currently staying in room 127 and 248 and booked for 5 days. In 5 days, we got room service only ONCE after begging and fighting with them at reception. Housekeeping/reception doesn’t pick calls from room as well. Firstly, I requested 3 months before at the time of booking to provide rooms next to each other as I was traveling with family, they didn’t bother about my request at time of check-in. THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE. NO DAILY CLEANING. NO BATH TOWELS. NO LAUNDRY SERVICE. They simply say that we are understaffed so cannot provide room service daily and we don’t have big towels. Had to go outside hotel for getting my laundry done. I would never recommend staying here with family. Had to beg them 20 times to provide bath towels as I had to leave for Umrah but they don’t give a damn about customers. They claim that they provide shuttle service from Haram to Hotel but its impossible to find their bus in parking lot of Haram. Internet is just PATHETIC in hotel. If you don’t have own internet on sim, you’ll stay disconnected from the world. Claiming to be 4 star but hotel has worst service like a 1 star hotel. Coming to a dirty hotel room after a whole day at Masjid al Haram was the most disgusting experience ever. Shame on you, management of Makarem Mina!

Excellent
BBagus SuyantoIt was truly a pleasant stay at Selat Al Bait. Everything is spot on, except for the location. The road construction was making it worse. However, the receptionist and other staff were going an extra mile to deliver excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful and multi-variant. Overall, we like our stay here. It's really value for money. Thanks.
GGuest UserHotel located 20 minutes from the Haram by bus. A shuttle system is in place with a bus that drops you off and brings you back at each prayer. Timetables are not always respected and the bus is very often overcrowded, which makes the experience quite trying. Furthermore, I regret the lack of communication from the hotel on the operation of the shuttle. Apart from a poster on the reception counter, no mention or explanation was made during check-in by the employee. I had to figure it out on my own to understand how it worked, where to drop it off...etc. I found it very unpleasant.
The room was clean but severely lacking in equipment, no kitchen utensils just a simple kettle. The bedding is very firm, will not suit everyone. During my stay, the hot water almost never worked, which is very unfortunate. The hotel is near a major, very noisy road, my room was located on the road side and the noise was quite disturbing, especially at night with the incessant honking of car horns, the sound insulation is quite poor. In summary, the quality-price ratio is correct, this will necessarily come at the cost of certain concessions.
We were moved to this hotel on the 1st of Ramadhaan 1445. We were originally booked in Le Meriden. This hotel was very dirty with cockroaches in every room. House keeping didn't make an effort and had to constantly be told what to do. The male in the reception was very rude and inconsiderate on the first few days. They weren't prepared to give us our extra beds and expected a family of 5 to sleep on a double bed as they had no availability. When I spoke to the Man in reception about the beds, he switched the phone off and refused to cooperate. Customer service should be a priority.
GGuest UserThis is a tough review. I stayed and only used this hotel and to leave my stuff. It was a very last minute booking. I went for location and value. Checkin was good Hadi was very good. Room nice and clean a bit dated but not good for a short stay. Hadi and another manager was very helpful but one “asst manager” I think it was either Fahad (pic added) or Abdulaziz. They were Pathetic and unprofessional!!! They shouldn’t even work in hospitality. In terms of the room it was good Location was ok. A fews minutes walk Cost was good value. I didn’t have breakfast. So tough one to rate. I would like to have given 5 stars but Fahad really failed nearly made me miss my flight. So cos of Fahad unprofessional and lack of support im dropping this to a 3 star. Staff need to be more professional. Respectfully if you are looking for a professional run place this isn’t it, it’s a nice quick stop place with a little fuss. Only reason I can recommend is cost and location. Hence a mid hotel. They did give me late check out so will give 3 star as that did help me.
Our stay at Emaar Elite was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early, and our rooms were not ready, but we were able to drop our bags and leave freely for a while before check-in. It is a reasonable walking distance from the Haram (about 15 minutes on foot) and the hotel provides shatter buses to and from the Haram throughout the day.
MManager GtsIt's my second stay there, and everything is just perfect at this cost. The only thing that is a painful shuttle drop-off location is that you have to walk about 1 km with inclined passage, and further when you complete Umerrah, then after all the tiredness, you have yo face about same walk that is about complete Saeee that makes you almost broken so last time i pointed out this.....
Actually, the location of the drop is ideal in case the construction of haram gets accomplished, and in the near future, there is no chance of this
But hotel is perfect
GGuest UserCame in October. Arrived earlier than check in time and didn't have to wait long to get a room - just what you need after a long journey. WiFi in foyer is good, but slow in the room. It's about 10 mins to Haram, but bear in mind you still need to walk to Ka'bah after that and it may be hot and you may not be alone. Besides that, staff was friendly, it was clean and the price was value for money. I would definitely recommend it for solo travellers or friends.
