It's a good hotel with a great attitude receptionists Pros: -Very clean -Good staff and services -Amazingly good breakfast Cons: - Alittle far from Haram if you're walking (very fit male); it will take 20 to 30 mins going and up to 40 mins coming back - water comes in bottles with very small portions (alot of plastic use, especially they market ”Water saving slogans everywhere”

Second time staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful – the service, facilities, and the check-in process was easy and fast. Shuttle buses to Masjid al-Haram are available all the time. What's truly amazing is that the hotel offers a free Ziyarat tour to historical sites in Mecca every Tuesday.

The hotel is very nice and the receptionist is extremely respectful; I think her name is Wad. However, there's a problem: I booked with breakfast included, but when I arrived, I was surprised to find that I have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant. That's the only drawback.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. Definitely a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will surely come back again! 😊

بصراحة تجربه لن تتكرر مره اخري اولا الفندق بعيد عن الحرم ثانياً اخترت غرفه خارجه اعطوني غرفه علي مناور داخليه طلب تغيرها رفضو مع العلم ان معظم الغرف غير محجوزه وشفت بعيني معظم ابواب الغرف مفتوحه ولا يوجد بها نزلاء تعامل موظفين الاستقبال غير جيد علشان اذهب الي الحرم قمت بصرف اكثر من 150 ريال يومياً علي التاكسي في جميع الصلوات الفندق موفر باص لكن هتمشي مده علشان تروح الحرم فمن الافضل تاكسي وريحت بالي علي كل كال تجربه لن تتكرر بهذا الفندق وانصح اي احد يرغب بالحجز لابد من قراءه كل تقيمات النزلاء السابقين حتي لاتتعب نفسك

The hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return trip to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.

Location wasn't the greatest but the service was excellent, the rooms nice and clean ac was given alright view the shops nearby were amazing, they had all sorts of accessories and food spots overall great experience

However, the decor felt a bit dated, and I didn’t find it to be as luxurious or cozy as I had hoped. The biggest downside was the price – it felt quite high for what was offered. While the food and room were fine, I expected a little more in terms of value for the cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something decent, but considering the price, it might not be the best option for everyone. I’d rate my experience a 3/5.
