Second time staying at this hotel. Everything was wonderful – the service, facilities, and the check-in process was easy and fast. Shuttle buses to Masjid al-Haram are available all the time. What's truly amazing is that the hotel offers a free Ziyarat tour to historical sites in Mecca every Tuesday.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. Definitely a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will surely come back again! 😊

I recently stayed at Al Manar Hotel Mecca and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is comfortable and suitable for pilgrims, and I felt grateful to have a convenient place to rest after long hours of worship. The room was clean and the atmosphere was calm, which helped me recover my energy each day. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The main issue was the speed of customer service response. At times, requests took quite a while to be handled, and after a tiring day this became noticeable. Faster response and more proactive assistance from the staff would greatly improve the guest experience. In summary, I am happy with my stay and appreciate the hospitality provided. With quicker service and more attentive support, Al Manar Hotel Mecca could become an even better place for pilgrims to stay.

بصراحة تجربه لن تتكرر مره اخري اولا الفندق بعيد عن الحرم ثانياً اخترت غرفه خارجه اعطوني غرفه علي مناور داخليه طلب تغيرها رفضو مع العلم ان معظم الغرف غير محجوزه وشفت بعيني معظم ابواب الغرف مفتوحه ولا يوجد بها نزلاء تعامل موظفين الاستقبال غير جيد علشان اذهب الي الحرم قمت بصرف اكثر من 150 ريال يومياً علي التاكسي في جميع الصلوات الفندق موفر باص لكن هتمشي مده علشان تروح الحرم فمن الافضل تاكسي وريحت بالي علي كل كال تجربه لن تتكرر بهذا الفندق وانصح اي احد يرغب بالحجز لابد من قراءه كل تقيمات النزلاء السابقين حتي لاتتعب نفسك

The hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return trip to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.

However, the decor felt a bit dated, and I didn’t find it to be as luxurious or cozy as I had hoped. The biggest downside was the price – it felt quite high for what was offered. While the food and room were fine, I expected a little more in terms of value for the cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something decent, but considering the price, it might not be the best option for everyone. I’d rate my experience a 3/5.

Location wasn't the greatest but the service was excellent, the rooms nice and clean ac was given alright view the shops nearby were amazing, they had all sorts of accessories and food spots overall great experience

The stay was excellent , very accessible to haram  Few mins walk from hotel  Rooms and facilities are excellent

I booked the hotel from Trip.com just 30 minutes before the check-in, and it was very convenient due to location near to Haram, Parking Availability and nearby restaurants. The location is ideal but issue is heavy rush of traffic and shuttle takes more time to reach. Overall 7.5/10 rating for the hotel.

Came in October. Arrived earlier than check in time and didn't have to wait long to get a room - just what you need after a long journey. WiFi in foyer is good, but slow in the room. It's about 10 mins to Haram, but bear in mind you still need to walk to Ka'bah after that and it may be hot and you may not be alone. Besides that, staff was friendly, it was clean and the price was value for money. I would definitely recommend it for solo travellers or friends.
