MMadinaThe hotel is outstanding for those traveling for Umrah. Check-in experience was excellent, Riham answered our questions regarding the stay and gave us a room on high floor.
We booked a room with partial Haram view, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is spacious, bathroom is clean, with separate basin for washing feet etc.
If you’re tired after Umrah, 24/7 room service can deliver food to your room, although a bit pricey.
Concierge service was excellent, Basir helped us store our luggage after we checked out, so we picked it up after few hrs.
Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserThis hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra.
A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.

OOlimjon YunusovLocated little far from Masjid ul Haram, but has bus every hour to there. But the price is good and you can take only room for cheap and take Breakfast for 45 rial per person. Near a lot of places in walking distance.

GGuest UserI stayed at TIME Ruba Hotel & Suites and while the staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this category.
Breakfast was repetitive with very little variation from day to day. When it comes to the room, I booked a suite (their best according to reception), yet there were several issues:
• Stains on the carpet
• Burn marks and damage on the curtain
• Dirty couch
• The balcony door wouldn’t close properly
• Poor maintenance overall (e.g., torn fabric, damaged furniture)
Additionally, I found a bug on the bed and experienced a lot of mosquitos, possibly because of the faulty balcony door.
The swimming pool experience was also disappointing. The sauna was out of order, the steam room was permanently closed, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The male pool was delayed in opening, yet it closed on time—meaning less swimming time than scheduled.
The shuttle service to Haram lacked clear communication. Neither the reception nor the driver provided proper guidance on where to find the bus at the Haram, or where it stops. When asked, the driver just vaguely pointed in the general direction.
I believe the hotel staff are doing their best, but it’s clear that they are not given enough resources or support from management. This place has potential but currently falls short in many ways.

SShaikh AftabThe hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options.
I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

Check in time is very late and reception is very slow to respond anytime.
Good restaurant buffet but they told us 100 Saudi riyal but charged 120 !
Anyways beautiful entrance and clean small rooms.
The best thing fresh colorful flowers in the lobby .

Large prayer room and a very active communal lounge. The tea being constantly served is a very nice touch.
The only down side (which may be out of their hands) is the shuttle service to kudai. Best avoid it.
