"Lets start with the impressive entrance styled with artificial greeneries and wonderful eid decor. Major love for that ! Convenient golf cart aka buggy to haram whilst walking is also doable. Not forgetting the gentlemen at the desks 2 days prior eid, their assistance and cooperation is commendable. And the room, it was simply fantastic with large windows overlooking Jabal Kaabah road."

"Everything was quiet, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were polite, the transfer was excellent, and breakfast was good. Overall, it's a good hotel with soft bedding, no unnecessary fuss, and convenient appliances. There's even an iron and ironing board, which is handy and quite rare. There's a beautiful mosque within walking distance, which is very convenient and comfortable when it's hot outside. The hotel also has a great spot for relaxation and prayer."

"The room is spacious, very near to al haram approximately 5 mins walking, The receptionist, Mr Al Haritha is very kind, he give us early check in Except the bell boy, he quite rude and hold our car door request for more tips saying that the amount we gave him is not enough"

"Check-in was smooth and easy. Concierge were always helpful. The quadruple room was comfortable and suitable for our stay. However, in terms of space, it was just enough for four people and felt a little tight, especially with our luggage. Overall, the room was still comfortable and practical. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from with limited option to suit different tastes. Distance is the main reason for me choosing this hotel. The walk from the hotel lobby to the tower entrance takes no more than 3 minutes, and from there, it’s only about a 2-minute walk to the mosque entrance. The walk was mostly indoor which is a plus point during summer."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. "I came here by car, and one thing I really love is the spacious parking area with plenty of availability. We also received great assistance from one of their staff members, which made our stay even more comfortable. From my room, I could enjoy a beautiful view of the Zamzam Tower. Even from the main road, the VOCO Makkah building is clearly visible because it is actually very close to Masjid al-Haram. Although we didn’t need to walk, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service for pick-up and drop-off. Whenever we arrived at Ajyad Terminal, the VOCO bus was always ready and waiting to take us back to the hotel in the Misfalah area. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is affordable, but the service truly feels like a five-star experience. I love it so much 🤎"

"Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. "Assalam, we are from Brunei Darussalam (Asian Country). We stay there for 4 days. Location from gate King Abdul Aziz is 5 min walk. Room is very nice, clean & comfort. Less noise room walkway cos our is at level 21. View is amazing beautiful (kaabah view, have to pay extra). Breakfast is included & food is great. Staff is friendly, helpful & good looking. The elevator is well organised according to room level. The hotel is next to zam zam tower shopping mall. The basement will always have taxi waiting for thus who want to go out of haram area such as to masjid aiysah to do miqat. We’ll come back to stay there again ☺️"
