Recommended hotel. I went for Umrah and it was to close from AL Haram. Hotel was very clean and quite. They have 5 start bufet for breakfast. also they facilities like barber shop for men inside the hotel. Barber shop name is Al marwah Saloon.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay with kids and families and right infront of kong Abdul aziz gate and as soon as you come out of the tower you can see Makkah

The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. Definitely a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Will surely come back again! 😊

Our hotel room was spacious, however the old fashioned style gives an impression that the room isn’t very clean, and bathroom was mediocre. It isn’t too far from the Haram but it does require a 10/15 min walk through Anjum Hotel, and then another 5 minutes to get to Gate 79. One thing to consider is that the room doesn’t come with an iron and when requested from housekeeping, you cannot keep it your room permanently which is inconvenient. Overall, for the price, our stay was nice.

First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Nice clean hotel would definetly recommend to people on a. Budget, it’s around 15-20 mins walk from the grand mosque, loads of food options around and shopping, overall is very very good . One of the downsides is the road is blocked off so some times cars can’t come to the hotel entrance for pick and drop so you have to drag/carry luggage but other than that all good
