Assalamoualaykum Our stay in selat ul bait was excellent l have nothing negative about this hotel breakfast was excellent it's not just breakfast itwas breakfast lunch dinner people are very helpful alhdulliah. The price of the hotel as well very affordable shuttle 24 hours a day to haram May Allah awj blessed them we went there me and my son for umrah The room comes with little fridge filled with water kettle with coffee tea I strongly recommend this hotel especially sultan at the reception and Faisal was very very nice if ever whoever read this review and go there mentioned my name Hassan from canada to sultan and Faisal let them know you read my review inshaAllah Barakallah feek Assalamoualaykum Will see you again inshaAllah.

Perfect place to stay in Makkah — just a short walk from Al-Haram. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone doing Umrah

A beautiful and comfortable hotel located close to the Holy Mosque (Masjid al-Haram) in Makkah. It offers a convenient location, a peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable accommodations, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims and visitors looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay near the Haram.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the high price. When we arrived, we were given a room with a very unpleasant smell, and we also found the room door was left open. We requested another room, and although the second room did not have the same smell, there were still several issues. The bathroom was very old and had a leaking problem. Basic personal-care amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, were also not provided. Another major disappointment was the Haram view. When I booked the hotel, the room was advertised as having a “Haram view,” which I understood to mean a proper/full view. However, the view we received was only partial and quite far away. When I asked the hotel about this, I was simply told that they do not have rooms with a full Haram view. This should be made much clearer in the booking description so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Apart from the excellent location, I did not find anything particularly special about this hotel that would justify its high price. For the amount paid, I expected a much better room, better-maintained facilities, and more transparency about the view. Overall, a disappointing experience and not good value for money.

The place is very clean, and the location is excellent and convenient, especially its proximity to the mosque. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, Ms. Asala, for her professional and polite service.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

This is my first stay in Emaar Grande hotel which exceeded my expectations. Staff was very helpful. Foyer beautiful and nicely fragranced. Room nice clean and neat however bathroom was slightly untidy and needed attention. Bathroom extras like soaps toilet roll water no issues. Cleaning staff wonderful Room is provided with hot tea and coffee. Bed sheets pillows nice and clean. All lifts in good working order. I was on 13th floor which was tidy. Overall very good service. Breakfast buffet was amazing and I couldn't taste all food provided I didn't like customer behaviour from the aspect lot of food was left not eaten and thrown in the bin. Manager was advised to improve the signs ie. Flyers to advise people not to waste the food. Al haram about 15 minutes brisk walk. All food shops, burgers pizzas on the same road. Highly recommend with the price and paid. Well done Emaar Grande hotel and staff.

Stayed at Millennium Makkah Al Naseem and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Makkah.

The hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return trip to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.
