The staffs are friendly They have environmentally friendly initiatives, but not enough room to hang used towels for reuse The lift is slow (reception is at level 12) and often crowded. Water dispenser at my level and 7-eleven on ground floor is handy. You need to allow for extra time during checkout, as reception could be busy, also they need to arrange for the room to be checked before you go (I paid deposit by card), it was quick for us, but you never know! We had a sleep in one day, so missed the room cleaning service, but it was easy to call house keeper to provide new towels.

This was the third time i stayed here. We love it. The ambience, the service, the amenities, and the location met our expectation. There's also carpark available, and staff is there to guard day and night, so you'll feel safer to park your car. Definitely will come back

Travel from Singapore to Ipoh by bus and alight at Jalan Bendahara. Approx 5-8mins walk to the hotel. Reception allowed me to check in earlier at a fee because its 8am and I really needed a place to rest before I start my day. Decent café next to the restaurant and theres 2 more local restaurant next and opposite the hotel. Must compliment their hair dryer!!! Dont know if it's a dupe or real Dyson but it is for sure better than those white built in hair dryer. I have long and super thick hair and I'm so happy I can wash my hair at peace!

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The basement parking with CCTV and guard felt secure. Free breakfast was a nice touch, and there’s a normal water dispenser available too. Staff were quick and friendly throughout. Location is great — many eateries within walking distance. Overall, clean and comfortable for the price. Good value!

Our stay at the Anderson Ipoh Apartment was largely pleasant, as the unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was fully equipped with amenities like a hairdryer, microwave, and even a water filter, which added great convenience. Both the bed and mattress were very clean and hygienic, and the living room was pleasant with a nice, modern design and, most importantly, it was spotless. However, the swimming pool was a significant letdown. It was poorly maintained, emitting a disgusting smell and infested with mosquitoes, making it unusable. If you're not planning to use the swimming pool and just want a clean, well-equipped apartment to stay in, this would be an excellent choice.

Among the best hotel in Ipoh area. Free Parking. Simple breakfast menu but delicious. Will come again.

Only one things I will give 5 star of this hotel is the hotel staff , i can’t remember the name but he was work at night shift . Super friendly helpful, we have few requests like change room ( the first room we check in is very hot , the aircond have problems with the gas or too old already I not sure ) so this staff ( male ) work at night shift . He is super very helpful and friendly, very fast to help us setter the problem. Keep apologizing to us even after change the room . If next time I stay back to this hotel , I think mostly is because this male staff ☺️😎☺️😊

Manhattan Condominium Ipoh I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning 4-bedroom apartment, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations.
