"Close to Si Hom Market, there's a lot of food variety at night. The room was good, new, clean, and stylish, definitely good value for money. The location is excellent. Breakfast was served individually. The bathroom was nice, and the AC was cold. Coffee, tea, and drinking water were provided. I'm deducting 1 point because the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. It's close to Si Hom Market, which is a tourist attraction. The price wasn't too high, and the room was clean, though there was a bit of dust. Overall, it's decent for the price.

NNibbler IA solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with.
Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk.
A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know.
Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very old, the room facilities are average, and the bathroom has a peculiar smell.
The front desk guy provided good service and solved the problem in a timely manner.
GGuest UserWhen I booked, the platform stated the room would have a window, but I was assigned a room without one. I spoke to the front desk, and the room they moved me to still didn't have a window.
However, on the third try, they finally moved me to a room with a window. The front desk staff's service attitude was good, and they even recommended some great restaurants.
There were quite a few Western guests at the hotel. For the price and the environment, it's pretty decent, offering great value for money. Although the hotel breakfast had limited options, they did have freshly made fried eggs, which was a plus.

Bbby小笼包I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the stunning city views from there. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

MMatthewcox01I stayed at this budget hotel for a few weeks, and it was a great choice for saving money. The villa-style design with its unique woodwork gives it a lot of character. Everything was good, though the location is a bit out of tourist center, so I recommend taking a moto or tuk-tuk to get there. The staff speak only Chinese or Lao, but I managed easily using a translation app to communicate with them in english. The cleaning ladies tidy up the rooms thorough. Free water. Overall, a highly recommended stay for budget-conscious travelers!
AAnatajaneThe rooms themselves are somewhat clean and fresh. Its quite even though there are 18 beds in the room, there is enough space for the luggage, the lighting is too dark though after the sunset and you will need to use your phone.
Downside: the cleanness is awful, the toilet seats are broken, guys piss on the toilet seats and no one controls it of course. Even though it is mentioned in each toilet that there will be fine for that. As well as not to smoke but someone still does.. and maybe it won’t be a big deal if there is at least TOILET PAPER that could be used to wipe that **** but you can barely find it! They said they are short on that, come on.. no towel, no toilet paper are provided, no decent cleanness.. come on, this place has so much potential!
The volunteer guys at the reception were quite nice though, especially Brazilian guy very polite and helpful. Thanks!
GGuest UserThe location is good, right in the city center, close to many restaurants, food spots, and the night market. I also received a room at a lower price than my original booking.
However, the staff informed me that the room I booked was not available because the previous guest extended their stay, and they could only apologize. Late at night, the key card did not work, so I had to wait while they looked for a spare key. I also requested room cleaning during the day, but it was not done.
Overall, considering the price, it was acceptable for a short stay if you don’t expect too much.
GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was simple and clean, and the light wood integrated desk and TV area design was incredibly practical, perfect for working or placing personal items. The lighting was soft and easy on the eyes, complementing the gentle wall panels for a warm yet sophisticated feel. The air conditioning also worked great, and there were even hooks in the corner for clothes, a thoughtful little detail.
I especially loved the bathroom. The terrazzo tiles felt luxurious, and it was clean, fresh, and odor-free. The toilet came with neatly arranged towels, and the bathroom fixtures were new and worked perfectly with excellent drainage. The entire space was spotless, clearly indicating top-notch housekeeping.
The overall decor was simple and appealing, with comfortable materials and a well-planned layout that felt spacious. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. This will be my first choice for accommodation when traveling. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!
GGuest UserThe Panda hotel is new and WILL be an excellent hotel when the transition is complete. The location is good the rooms were clean and comfortable. On arrival I was shown a room where the new TV didn’t have a power lead and the curtains didn’t close properly and when I pointed this out the receptionist found me an alternative with functioning curtains but again no tv remote, this wasn’t a problem for me as I had my fire stick to watch the football. The reason that I say this will be an excellent hotel is the staff, they went above and beyond in order to make my stay as comfortable as possible from organising taxis to ordering pizza nothing was too much trouble. The new owners of this hotel really are very lucky to have found such competent friendly staff members whom I would have no problem employing here in the UK having previously managed a four star hotel here in the UK. The staff make the difference and turned what was going to be a cancellation into a very pleasant stay and I will return next year. I recommend you stay here.
