Five-star review! The location is excellent, not far from Patuxay, the night market, and the Mekong River, making it convenient for dining and getting around. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the suites are fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, and washing machine, making long stays feel just like home. The hygiene is meticulously maintained, with clean and soft bedding, and the soundproofing is great, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The service is incredibly warm; the front desk staff are enthusiastic and patient, helping with car bookings and restaurant recommendations – they're always willing to assist. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and the coffee is very aromatic. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. You definitely can't go wrong staying here when in Vientiane. Highly recommended!

Advertised as a boutique hotel but with a standard of 3star hotel. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast is served a la carte only. Room seems spacious but lacking in ambiance. Bed super loud and squeaky.

This hotel is truly valued for money. They have five star service with staff helping u with your luggage as you check in and in the midst of our Stay they sent in fruit platter as well.

That Luang was within walking distance. The restaurant was right in front of the hotel, so it was fine even when it was raining. The mall and convenience store were a little far away, so walking would be difficult. The hotel was excellent, with a bathtub. There were also two showers, so you could fill the bathtub with water while showering. The staff were very kind. Daily cleaning was thorough, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included, but I had to pay for dinner at the restaurant. It was high quality and delicious. I had a wonderful time.

The hotel's environment is clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. Plus, it boasts a prime, expansive view of the Mekong River. It's truly suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it!

Clean and good quality hotel. On the downside, the air conditioning let a large puddle of water inside when it started to rain outside. At breakfast, where we arrived half an hour before it was due to end, the hot food had run out. The picture shows all the protein I could find in the thermal bath. There wasn't even an omelet or eggs available in the open kitchen.

I can't praise the value for money enough! The breakfast spread offers a great variety, and they even have kimchi. The room was incredibly spacious!

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, and they offer free airport shuttle service. The front desk staff, especially the lady at reception, was incredibly helpful. If you book 5 rooms or more, they also provide a complimentary train station pick-up/drop-off. The entire hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and amenities, felt very high-quality and well-maintained. A huge plus is the upstairs area, which includes a sauna, bathhouse, massage services, and a KTV restaurant. Their check-in and check-out policies are also very flexible, which is a great perk.

Hotel near my relatives location. Thank you for the upgrade to VIP room🙏. Hotel could be better if maintenance and service is more professional. We booked 2 nights for a deluxe double room and got upgraded to a vip room 😊. The room was spacious but we were disappointed because the room was not clean… table, floor was dirty… the swimming pool can not use… basically we didn’t expect much but were disappointed still😅

Breakfast only consisted of two eggs, two slices of toast, and a sweet coffee. While it was advertised as included in the room rate, the quality was far below expectations. Very disappointing.
