JJackyangThis newly opened hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby on the ground floor has a wonderful aroma, and the outdoor lounge area is very pleasant – you can even smoke there, though smoking isn't allowed anywhere else inside the hotel. The front desk service is excellent and thoughtful; they offer airport pick-up and drop-off. The beef noodles in the restaurant are tasty, and the buffet runs until 10 AM. The rooms are clean and spacious. On the 8th floor, there's a meeting room and a bar/lounge area. The outdoor pool is stunning, offering beautiful views along the Mekong River. There's an underground parking lot, and the restaurant next door is fantastic, with delicious Lao cuisine! Highly recommend staying here.

GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

NNibbler IA solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

GGuest UserThis hotel is owned by a Chinese boss from Yunnan, so communication was incredibly easy. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with large and quiet rooms. Its central location means everything is easily accessible. The front desk staff speak Chinese and were always enthusiastic and helpful whenever I needed anything. Breakfast was exactly to my taste, and overall, it was a great experience.

The restaurant food was delicious, especially perfect for my Chinese palate. The room facilities were well-equipped and clean, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the decor was very stylish. The room even had a balcony, which was fantastic for enjoying the breeze and scenery at night. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop open-air swimming pool; the water was clean and odor-free. My stay here was absolutely amazing, highly recommended – you won't be disappointed!
