The location is super convenient, close to everything downtown. The ground floor is a coffee shop, and the floors above are the guesthouse. For the price, which includes breakfast, it's an absolute bargain! It's clean, tidy, and cool. And for breakfast, as pictured, you even get to choose one of three options!

This stay was really great. The four-bed dorm was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and efficient use of space. It was also pretty quiet at night, which was nice for resting. The common areas were clean, and the washroom facilities were well-maintained. The staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Although breakfast was simple, it included scrambled eggs and bread, which tasted good and was enough to fill me up and energize me for the day. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, perfect for backpackers and short trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I'll recommend it to my friends.

I stayed at Itel Backpacker Hostel and overall had a great experience. The only downsides were that there was no hair dryer available (or maybe I just forgot to ask), and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. I wake up very early, so I noticed it wasn’t as cold as I hoped. I really hope the property can fix this because I’m genuinely rooting for this hostel. When I first arrived, I was the only person in the room, which was a little scary at first, but it turned out to be completely fine. One thing I really liked was that there’s food available downstairs, which is very convenient when you’re too tired to go out and eat. The sheets were clean, everything was well-maintained, and the room had plenty of space. I especially appreciated how easy it was to organize and pack my belongings properly. The receptionists and staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone reading this review. I just hope the property can improve the air conditioning and consider providing hair dryers for hostel guests. Thank you!

Honestly , the best & friendliest hostel in Vientiane . It is clean . Free drinking water . The staff will help you order food to the hostel for cheaper price & help you with any other needs. Relaxed vibe & can’t wait to return . I highly recommend

The hostel was super clean, incredibly affordable, and the staff were so friendly. They even let me check out more than an hour late without charging any extra fee, which I really appreciated. For such a budget-friendly price, they even provide a hairdryer. Honestly, one of the best places I’ve stayed. Highly recommended!

Not located in the city centre but convenient enough to walk to. However, you get the space in exchange, which I prefer. The bed was comfortable and its curtain provided privacy. The staff were nice warm and courteous. Wifi worked well. Water dispenser was available. I highly recommend Venn Hostel.

Extremely inefficient check in. I waited for almost an hour to get the room. I suggest the owner makes sure the reception is capable of handling the workload.
