GGuest UserQuite disappointed because I booked 4 rooms and when the doorbell was pressed from outside, the lights and AC in all rooms would turn off. Also, the AC in all 4 rooms wasn't cool enough, and the food was just standard for a hotel priced at 500,000 rupiah per night.

GGuest UserAmazingly helpful staff. Biggest room I have stayed in. It felt like a home. Good location. Breakfast is average at best. Has an A and W next to reception so that’s a plus. Highly recommend budget accommodation.

SSologirl* Prime Location. It is right next to the Medan Train Station and literally side-by-side with Centre Point Mall, making shopping and transport incredibly convenient.
* Outstanding Staff: The reception team was professional! I truly appreciated them granting me a late check-out until 1:00 PM.
While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and well-maintained.
However I noticed the pillow sheets were quite old and had turned a dark, faded color. They definitely weren't white anymore! Housekeeping should retire these linens and ensure only fresh, bright whites are used for guests.
I spotted some small ants near the desk/phone area. A quick treatment from maintenance would help keep the workspace clean.

Bboon22Room is clean with all amenities including a safe box but is small. Some distance away from major happenings except the malls( Cambridge/Sun plaza), which also need 15-20 min walk. Breakfast is not good. Parking is provided though.

ЕЕвгенийRoom with a window, with normal Wi-Fi. There is a large work desk, a large bed. The only thing missing is a refrigerator. This is one of the best hotels in the city, so we can safely recommend it for check-in.
Hearty breakfasts, a restaurant downstairs where you can eat throughout the day for not the highest prices. Good location next to a large shopping center, supermarket and night food outlets.

The room was ok glad we swapped out of smoking though as the thick wallpaper and carpet just added to the ashtray smell which is why we asked to change to non smoking
Room on third floor done nicely and was fresh no wall paper to be seen

AAnonymous UserI booked this stay for my parent but unfortunately they were not comfortable. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there were many cockroaches. We hope the hotel can take this feedback seriously and work to improve cleanliness and overall comfort for future guests. Thank you.
