I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'm completely won over after staying here! I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers. What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness. They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful. From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

The guest rooms are meticulously detailed; the desk and bathroom are spotless, and the facilities are well-maintained with stable hot water and effective air conditioning. The service details are heartwarming; any requests I had were quickly resolved by the front desk. The breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and a balanced nutritional spread. Overall, the service, hygiene, and facilities are top-notch, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

Housekeeping was also very prompt in responding to requests. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything working perfectly. The considerate and attentive service made me feel so welcome. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would genuinely recommend this place to everyone.

Facilities: All basic facilities are available, especially slippers suitable for bedrooms and bathrooms that are waterproof and anti-slip. The free mineral water is also very new. Hygiene: The whole place is very neat and clean, with almost no sanitary dead spots. Environment: The most cost-effective hotel near the subway station closest to the airport. The environment is very good and the sound insulation is good. It is very suitable for a good sleep before flying the next day. Service: The service attitude of the young lady and the boy responsible for picking up and dropping off is very good. One-time pick-up and drop-off by subway: It is a little far from the subway station, so the hotel can pick you up and drop-off once, which is very considerate.

The hotel seems to have just opened, as all the facilities are brand new. When I checked in, I noticed many people chose this hotel, and it truly offers great value for money. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have an early morning flight from Tianfu Airport. I'm very sensitive to noise, and thankfully, there was no airplane noise here.

I rented a car and returned it, then the hotel picked me up. The next morning, they dropped us off at the airport. This hotel is truly warm and convenient, with a great environment and excellent service. Definitely worth it! 👏

The room was big and clean. I have stayed at the airport several times and this room service is the best value for money. Free pick up and delivery is also very fast. The driver also offered to help me carry my luggage. There are also many kinds of snacks around the hotel. The hotel has an elevator for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The most important boss also gave small gifts and afternoon tea. So considerate

Overall the hotel is tidy and clean, the front desk service were friendly and polite. Hotel should be honest to their transport service from airport to hotel. It stated the service is 24 hours but I was told it wasn’t available after 2 am. Nevertheless, the hotel did pay for the didi(taxi fare) from airport to hotel.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

The room was very spacious. It was very clean and put together. The staff was very friendly. The issues we had with this place was that there were roosters in the morning all the way until the evening that did not stop. If you need a good alarm clock maybe this would be a good place to stay🤣. The hotel was also not as close to the airport as it may seem. The drive was about 20 minutes, but they did offer shuttle service. I would recommend staying closer to the city unless you were trying to leave the next day at the airport.
