MM551647****Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan was absolutely delightful! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and cozy – exactly what we were looking for on our romantic getaway. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even recommending local restaurants and attractions which made our trip even better. Everything, from cleanliness to ambiance and service, exceeded our expectations. This is definitely our top choice for hotels in Yerevan, and we'll certainly be staying here again on our next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself overall was not bad. The amenities weren’t terrible considering what you paid for, but it wouldn’t hurt to include irons in the room. I hope that the management reads this.. element to inform you that there was black mold on the walls in room 42, perhaps not on the walls, but at least in the restroom above the shower there was mold. I would give it a perfect score how did it not been for that.

BBasharJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.
الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

AAnonymous UserOverall a good experience. All the standard Ibis features are in place. The property is well-kept, everything is fine. Housekeeping does a great job too - so no worries.
In addition, in this particular Ibis you get a prime location in the city center with all the benefits, and also a restaurant with a variety of food and breakfast options.
I would like to point out a smooth and courteous check-in. Erik did a great job , ensuring all the preferences are accepted.
And personally, I would like to say special thanks to Zara. As a family, we are so grateful for her personal attention and help when we really needed it.
To sum up, I would say that Ibis Yerevan Center is a smart choice if you visit Yerevan. Look no further!

GGuest UserNice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

SStickeOne of the best hotels I’ve stayed at—would return in a heartbeat! The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Special shout-out to Alexander at the front desk , who made our stay worthwhile. The lobby was elegant, with a refreshing scent and beautiful décor. Check-in was seamless. The room was just Immaculate—no dust, stains, or odors. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. I highly recommend

GGuest User這家的位置挺好的，打車剛到的時候感覺有點“鄉下”，但其實離便利店，地鐵站，公交站都很近，最近的那個便利店有換匯機器可以用美元歐元換AMD。民宿老闆非常熱情，會説英語，入住的時候會介紹很多，自助早餐也比較豐富，樓下有一個泳池，很適合度假的一個地方。房間裏有料理台，水龍頭的水可以直接喝，有冰箱。
不好的地方是沒有電梯，我住在四層，要搬着行李爬樓，還有就是遇到了一次淋浴不出水。這種家庭式民宿就是可能會遇到這樣的問題，可以直接喊老闆。

SSulaiman1987The hotel has a fantastic location, right in the center of everything—close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The only other downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Despite these issues, the location is definitely a highlight.

GGuest UserA very pleasant hotel, a nice space inside the building, there are cozy balconies with tables and chairs where you can sit warm evenings and enjoy the stars. Rooms are small but comfortable, there are all necessary, including air conditioners. Breakfasts always have fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and other dishes, so it is difficult to stay hungry. In general, the impression is positive. In the pedestrian accessibility is the Cascade.
