The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Vernissage and Republic Square. It's a very quiet place, which is a big plus. We've stayed in a large hotel nearby in the same area before. There's a good Carrefour supermarket right next door that has everything you need and is open until 2 AM. The staff are pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The room itself is no-frills but comes with a kitchenette, which is super convenient for grabbing a snack or enjoying some wine. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, safe, slippers, hairdryer, dental kit, shampoo, gel, and soap in dispensers. There's also a mini-bar available for an extra charge. It's clean, tidy, and everything is white. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee, but we preferred exploring the restaurants, which is a special pleasure in Yerevan. I recommend it for all independent travelers.

This is an amazingly stylish, beautiful, and new hotel. It's located practically on Republic Square, but not in the noisy epicenter – rather, it's set back through an archway into a quieter courtyard. The staff are incredible; I particularly enjoyed the service at breakfast. The breakfasts themselves are out of this world: they have absolutely everything and it's all of very high quality – fresh juices, champagne, cheeses, and cold cuts. They can also prepare eggs Benedict with salmon or a traditional Armenian omelet with tomatoes upon request. There are desserts, local cuisine, and delicious Movenpick bean coffee. The waiters and managers bring everything and explain it all. Perfect. The rooms are large, new, and stylish. The staff speak both Russian and English. We forgot a bag in our room, and the staff helped us send it to another city via Yandex Delivery. We are grateful for everything.

Great hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Yerevan (we were attending friends' wedding). We absolutely loved the hotel. It's spacious, with large rooms, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and generous, functional bathrooms with both a shower and toilet. The city view is magnificent! All the main attractions are within a 5-minute walk, and Vernissage is right next to the hotel – super convenient. We were given the highest floor (9th), which was a lovely surprise as they accommodated our request. They also granted our late checkout request for an extra hour, completely free of charge. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel and explore the city before our flight. Our room included breakfast, and we were very happy with it. All the food and dishes on offer were delicious; there's something for everyone. The reception and lobby areas are beyond praise. We didn't use the pool, but we did notice the presence of a lifeguard, which was a pleasant surprise, and all guests were wearing swimming caps. On the ground floor, there's a wonderful beauty salon that I must mention! The staff were incredibly friendly! They did my hair and makeup for the wedding, and even touched up my hairstyle after we returned from the church. All of this was super affordable, and the quality and service were impressive! The lobby is a very pleasant place to be – spacious, with comfortable sofas and lots of light. It's a great spot to sit and relax, especially when it's hot outside. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan! It offers excellent value for money.

We stayed at the Premier Hotel for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied! A huge thank you to Narek for his attentiveness and help — he was in touch with us a month and a half before our arrival and always assisted with any questions we had. Thanks also to the second administrator who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but he was also very friendly and responsive. All our requests were accommodated, and the room with a view of Ararat and the 'Mother Armenia' statue was a pleasant surprise. The view was simply stunning! The hotel's location is another big plus. You can walk to 'Mother Armenia' in just 5-10 minutes, then stroll through the Cascade and be in the city center in about half an hour. A taxi to the center is also inexpensive and a very short ride. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, the cleaning was thorough, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of Armenia! ❤️

Although the room was of the same type, it was slightly smaller than the room we had booked, which was a bit of a disappointment. We contacted Ctrip customer service, and they handled the issue very quickly and efficiently, providing a positive response that allowed us to continue our stay with peace of mind. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, good taste, and prompt replenishment of food – commendable. The hotel's location was great; it was within walking distance of all the city's attractions and very close to our minibus pick-up point back to Tbilisi, which was convenient.

Perfect Stay for Solo Female Travelers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at the Alem Hotel in Yerevan and highly recommend it, especially for solo female travelers! The hotel feels very safe, welcoming, and secure.One of the best things is its location. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. It is situated just outside the noisy center, so you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet night's sleep while still having easy access to the city.The property is exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. As a lovely bonus, you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping around the area, which adds a wonderful nature vibe to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I was transiting through Yerevan when my flight got postponed by a day, so I urgently needed a hotel. I compared a few and settled on Alex Hotel. The reviews were mixed, but I'm completely satisfied; I got lucky with my room. Some mentioned a recent renovation, but I'd call it designer – truly beautiful, modern, and notably bright, which is rare for a 4-star hotel. It has everything essential, and hot water is always available. The small combined bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a floor drain. I was pleasantly surprised that the water drained properly, keeping the floor outside the curtain dry, a well-executed drainage system. There's a hairdryer, various towels, shower gel, and soap, plus a kettle and cups in the room. My only minor complaint for the owner is skimping on tea and coffee sachets – such a small detail, yet it detracts from the experience. However, there's a cafe and a vending machine for drinks right by the hotel entrance. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but the staff helps with luggage to the upper floors. Special thanks to Milena at reception. She's very kind, attentive, and helpful, speaking her native language, English, and Russian. She assisted with planning my walk, offered many useful tips and information. She's smart and beautiful – thank you to her! I confidently recommend this hotel. It's easy to get to the airport and city center using Yandex Taxi, and actually, the city center is also an easy walk.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
