"Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Do not expect the most modern style, at the end that is the least important. Breakfast was, for us, really good and tasty. Maybe for other people might be average, but it had all you need in a continental breakfast. Location is not the best. It is 40' from the airport, and another 20' from the city center. Trafic in Yerevan is chaotic and accidents happen on a regular basis, so keep that in mind if moving from or to the city. You can also go by walk to the city, but it is quite steep to come back. The pearl is the pool. We loved it. And they also have a restaurant, in case you feel lazy to go out or don't feel like ordering with Yandex."

"Excellent location, within walking distance to the Cascade Complex and city center. The staff are very responsive and the rooms are spacious. There's a pool in the courtyard, but we never got around to using it. We were surprised to find two bathrooms in our room, but we quickly got used to it and now can't imagine being without them – it was so convenient! The bed and linens were good, though the feather pillows were also a bit of a surprise. Water was delivered daily, and housekeeping was consistent. We finally found the hairdryer in a nightstand on our last day! The breakfasts were good and varied; you definitely won't go hungry. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. However, there is one drawback: a construction site nearby. On our last day, we were woken up by the construction at 5:20 AM. Still, the hotel's positives definitely outweigh this one negative."

"The studio is very good for couples—comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The amenities are complete and well maintained. We also received welcome food, which was very delicious and a nice touch. Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets. Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighboring guests, but overall it's a great hotel. In particular, the concierge / doorman are wonderfully nice, and his warm smiles and service are exceptional. When there was an issue with a taxi, the staff stepped in to help and even offered me a glass of water. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel safe and well cared for despite being in an unfamiliar place. Thank you very much."

"Stayed at the hotel for one night, the rooms are clean but a little ”tired”, the bathroom smells like cigarettes. There is a mini bar in the room. There is no coffee machine for breakfast, only soluble coffee. The window in the first floor is not open, there is no such possibility. In the morning, the staff of the hotel discussed something loud, could not sleep."

"The guest house is located away from the road where buses go, so it is quiet and calm. You can get there from the airport by bus number 100 for 300 AMD (Central Bus Station stop). Not a bad option if you have a long layover in Yerevan and need to wait for the next flight - cheap, clean, everything you need is there (shower, dishes, kettle), you just can't cook food, there is no stove for guests, but there is a microwave. It is difficult to find a place to eat near the guest house, there is no cafe with home-cooked food, no supermarket. Along the road there is only a cafe where they cook shashlik and a small shop. We had a good rest between flights, it is quiet and calm here."

"The location of the apartment is very good. In an alley close to the main street, it is quiet in the middle of noisy. It is within 20 minutes walk to the attractions in the city center such as Republic Square and Yerevan Steps. There is a big supermarket and several convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. It is very convenient to buy things and eat. There are many parking spaces in the alley, and if it is not too late, there should be parking spaces. The room is not facing the street. When sleeping, except for the occasional noise of the late night racing party, it is quiet at other times. The room is large and well equipped. Breakfast is delivered to the room according to the time of booking. The earliest meal is delivered at 8:15. There are fruits, a little side dishes, cereal, bread, fried eggs, cheese, enough to eat. The disadvantage is that the bathroom is small, the shower is semi-closed, the bath water will splash out, and the ground and even the toilet will get wet. The water heater broke down on the first night, there was no hot water, and I was forced to take a cold shower."

"Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا"
