Yerevan Hotels with Balcony

The location of the hotel is particularly good, just on the edge of the Republic Square, two or three minutes walk from the National Museum, and you can see the music fountain program every night. Hotel facilities are general, that is, China's mid-range hotel level. The breakfast is very rich, and different local fruits are provided every day. It is recommended to try apricots and sime, which is very sweet and breaks my daily understanding of this fruit. 👍👍

Hello everyone. Close, very close to the center. This is a huge plus. The girls at the reception are very friendly, they answered any questions: what, where, where and when to go, buy, see. They fed us enough in the morning, enough until late lunch. There is a good canteen nearby, inexpensive, with a large selection, and wine. There is hot water, a shower, slippers, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a balcony with a table and chairs. We spent little time in the room, only at night. For this, the amenities are quite sufficient.

This is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.

I booked a superior room. The room was just the right size, clean and quiet, and I could see Mount Ararat. The breakfast was rich and different every day. I stayed there for 7 days and I didn’t get tired of it. The location is not far from Republic Square, a 5-minute walk. It's accessible, there are supermarkets and internet celebrity restaurants around, it's worth recommending.

I had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay here and if you’re looking for a hotel with great service, perfect location and classic luxury then you’ll enjoy staying here. The staff arranged a very effective airport transfer for me and checking in was a welcoming and delightful experience, with the staff throughout the hotel speaking great English. Despite my very early arrival I was grateful they were able to find me a room, helped I assume by the fact the hotel seemed very quiet throughout my visit. There’s two lifts serving the accommodation floors, which are painfully slow, but the glass design overlooking the bar area detract from this, and the ‘day of the week’ carpet changed daily is a luxury touch you don’t often see anymore. My room was on the top floor and a standard category. It was a luxury feeling room and I really liked the clean decor. All the amenities you could imagine were present and it would be really comfortable even for an extended stay. Electric sockets were at both sides of the bed, plenty of lighting options and effective air conditioning which wasn’t too loud. It was also possible to open the window. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well as complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath, but it was perfectly clean and again had all the small touches you’d want from a top end hotel. Housekeeping proactively checked the do not disturb sign during the day and did a great job even late into the afternoon, although on one occasion the water bottles weren’t restocked. The lounge and bar area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, but best of all is open 24 hours a day. They offer food and a wide range of drinks, with the friendly staff able to make recommendations and engaging in good conversation. It was never very busy during my stay but it was still a pleasant place to relax late in the evening and a perfect spot to catch up with some work. I found the location ideal, just a few steps from some key sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. With the hotel reception able to offer advice or arrange any form of transport there’s no need to feel cut off! There’s quite a bit of art to admire throughout the hotel and small displays on each floor, including a shoe polishing machine outside the lift which is a good touch. Checking out in the very early hours was a seamless experience and next time I’m in the city I’ll certainly be staying here again!

The location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is big enough, there is a refrigerator, and there is a small reception area, which suits my needs very well. The most important thing is to have the kind help of the Chinese people here. It is very good. I will come here if I have the opportunity. Still the first choice.

Excellent hotel! Quiet and peaceful place not far from the center. Shops within walking distance. Very fresh rooms. I recommend the second floor, it has the freshest renovation. Excellent service, very friendly hosts, ready to solve any issue and help with a problem in the shortest possible time (although there were none here). Everything in the room is fresh and clean. Cleaning deserves special attention: fast and very clean! Cleanest bathrooms, excellent linen and they always put shampoo and soap in the bathroom. Disposable slippers are always available. I was surprised by the presence of two large plates and forks with knives in the room (the first time I see this, very convenient!) If the trip is long, you can wash your clothes for pennies. Wi-Fi is available and it works. There are several Russian channels on TV. Downstairs in a cozy courtyard there are comfortable tables and chairs where you can have a good time in the shade. There is also a refrigerator in the courtyard with cold drinks at almost store prices (the difference is pennies!). We bought sturgeon (the prices here are ridiculous!) and asked the owner to give us access to the barbecue and for this we were not charged a penny! Thank you for your hospitality! AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I cannot stress enough on how disappointed I am with this property. Considered one of the best hotels in Yerevan, they managed to completely ruin their reputation in one day. My weddin took place in Yerevan on August, and I had one of the deluxe rooms booked with them for the photoshoot and filmography. I visited them 1.5 months before the wedding day to confirm my booking and ask permission for my wedding photoshoot around the territory of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. They've told me that, typically, they do not allow it, but will make an exception. Grateful for their kind gesture, I added another room (cancelling another hotel I had booked). Fast forward to the wedding morning, the photography crew arrived as scheduled at 10AM, and they were not allowed upstairs by the reception workers. They kept calling me and telling that no prior arrangements were made so they cannot allow the filmography. I tried explaining that when I booked the rooms and I asked multiple times if we could film in their property, and since I was told there will be an exception made (quoting: don't worry we'll make an exception), I did not think that further discussions were needed. I paid over a $1000 for a night in a room that I was only gonna use for photoshoot purposes. Because of their incompetence, We started the photoshoot an hour and a half late, were late for church, and almost got denied of our service. My wedding morning was completely ruined!!!!!!

a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.
