Ani M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Инна БершадскаяThe staff were very polite and responsive. The room was clean, but there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors (you have to ask for them at the reception). The room also lacked the advertised tea table, and on the 3rd and 4th days, no tea and coffee sachets were provided (they probably saw that we already had our own tea). The towels were not changed once in 4 days (they probably thought we were very clean). The hairdryer was broken, and we had to ask for a replacement. The rooms don't have balconies. Breakfasts were monotonous. What was good: the view of Mount Ararat from the window, and a beautiful and convenient entrance area and lobby. The circus, which we visited, is nearby. The service is two-star quality.

Guest UserThe hotel was absolutely stunning! Everything was top-notch — from the elegant design to the perfect cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and every detail felt luxurious. A special thanks to Joseph from the staff — he was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He truly made our stay even better. Definitely one of the best and fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Guest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Ani M.Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels.
The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant.
The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms.
The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited.
The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it.
Breakfast is great though.

Guest UserI stayed in a standard room with a pool view.
Pros:
- The bed was very large and comfortable.
- Daily housekeeping with towel changes and replenishment of water/tea/coffee.
- The room had all necessary toiletries.
Cons:
- The bathroom had NO HOOKS and NO SHELVES AT ALL. Where are you supposed to hang towels or put shampoo and toothbrushes? It's baffling. Also, there's no extractor fan or clothes dryer in the bathroom. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue.
- The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and it was difficult to reach the reception from the room; they just didn't answer the phone.
During my stay (late May), the outdoor pool was closed because it was ”too cold” and not heated.
The indoor pool was quite comfortable and had a small jacuzzi.
The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive. You could order an omelet with any vegetable filling from the chef.

The hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

The location is excellent in the heart of Yerevan. The views from the windows are also fantastic, especially from the higher floors. The room is spacious. The breakfast was great; it wasn't crowded, and the selection was wide. It wasn't the standard fare, but rather interesting and delicious options. The juice was natural, and the water wasn't dyed, like in many hotels.
Among the downsides: there weren't enough disposable slippers. They promised a panoramic bar, but it wasn't working on our day. And the worst part was that the shower drain was clogged with someone else's hair, which was causing the water to drain slowly and stand at a height of 5 cm. I reported it to reception, and they sent a worker, but he said they needed a cleaner and left. The hair remained until we left the next day.
