Guest UserOur family stayed here in July 2026. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's perfectly decent. The family room with a connecting door was an excellent option for a family with children, and having two bathrooms was also very convenient. We stayed on the 8th floor, with a distant view of the Mother Armenia monument and the Ferris wheel, though residential buildings were in closer proximity.
The hotel's convenient location is also worth noting; you can walk to the center (Republic Square and the Cascade). There are cafes and restaurants nearby.
The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We were also pleased to find an indoor pool with water at a suitable temperature for children. The staff were very friendly, especially in the spa area and by the pool, as well as at the reception. Breakfasts were standard, with a good variety.

Evgeny SokoltsovFive stars across the board! Excellent location, fantastic pool and spa, and a courteous, attentive staff. I had a wonderful birthday celebration in Yerevan. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade and a delicious cake as a birthday treat. It was a delightful surprise that made my birthday truly special.

Guest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast. The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

BeijingtupangziThis hotel is located right in the city center. Step out and turn left, and you're on a long pedestrian street. The surrounding area is very vibrant and bustling. Most major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and bright, with a very standard Ibis style. The service was good, and I was able to book a day trip right at the front desk. Since I arrived in the afternoon, I could book a tour for the very next day, which was super convenient. The price was also very affordable, only $36.

Ani M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms.
The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited.
The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it.
Breakfast is great though.

NataliaIvanova13We stayed at the Premier Hotel for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied! A huge thank you to Narek for his attentiveness and help — he was in touch with us a month and a half before our arrival and always assisted with any questions we had. Thanks also to the second administrator who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but he was also very friendly and responsive.
All our requests were accommodated, and the room with a view of Ararat and the 'Mother Armenia' statue was a pleasant surprise. The view was simply stunning!
The hotel's location is another big plus. You can walk to 'Mother Armenia' in just 5-10 minutes, then stroll through the Cascade and be in the city center in about half an hour. A taxi to the center is also inexpensive and a very short ride.
Breakfasts were delicious and varied, the cleaning was thorough, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of Armenia! ❤️

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
