Guest UserGreat hotel right in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful Jivan restaurant is right in the courtyard. The staff are very hospitable. The housekeeping is a little lacking, but nothing critical. The room itself is fine in terms of amenities, the only thing missing is a small mirror in the bathroom, if that's an issue for you. Otherwise, it's very quiet (I haven't experienced such quiet in a hotel in a long time!), the bed is comfortable, and the pillow is comfortable! Good toiletries. The breakfast is good and varied, with a separate children's buffet that's well-stocked. They kindly extended our check-out time as much as possible (free of charge) because we had a late flight.

Guest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

BeijingtupangziThis hotel is located right in the city center. Step out and turn left, and you're on a long pedestrian street. The surrounding area is very vibrant and bustling. Most major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and bright, with a very standard Ibis style. The service was good, and I was able to book a day trip right at the front desk. Since I arrived in the afternoon, I could book a tour for the very next day, which was super convenient. The price was also very affordable, only $36.

Ani M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast. The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

Guest UserMy wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and were very pleased. It’s a cozy hotel with a diverse buffet breakfast that caters to all tastes. On the first day, there was no porridge, but they responded to our request, and it was on the menu the next morning. They also offered local products and dishes, which is really important when visiting a new region. Pleasant Armenian classical music played in the background. Besides the coffee machine, they offered freshly brewed coffee (made in a Cezve in the kitchen), which I enjoyed every day! The staff was very attentive. Our room had a bathtub, which I preferred over a shower, especially after a lot of walking, as it was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Towels were changed daily. We couldn't hear our neighbors at all. The hotel is conveniently located near a market, Tashir shopping center, and not far from Russia Street and Passage. Republic Square is about 15-20 minutes away. My only minor complaint was that I asked the reception to book an excursion to the 'Ararat' Brandy Factory, but the lady booked it for the 'Noah' factory instead. Luckily, they are located close to each other, so it wasn't a huge issue, but it's something to be aware of. Also, the water in the bathtub drained a bit slowly, but it wasn't critical. I'm sure if I had asked for help, the staff would have responded quickly. By the way, I really liked the doorman who greeted us upon arrival and departure. Overall, we liked everything. I think I won't hesitate to stay here again next time. Price/quality 10 out of 10!

Yuliya ShumWe stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The breakfasts were the same every day: broccoli omelet, tomato omelet, sausage omelet. There was never any porridge, and the same cheap sausage was served every day. The vegetables looked wilted, clearly cut the night before, not in the morning. The pastries were identical and not fresh each day. The cherries weren't washed. There's a construction site next to the hotel, so it was noisy all day with dust flying everywhere. In the shower, the door was broken, and there was no hairdryer. They cleaned every day, but not very well; sometimes they'd forget to empty the trash or change the towels. It's quite far from the city center, so you have to take a shuttle. The front desk staff were great, 5 stars for service, as all requests were met and they tried to solve problems quickly.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.
