Guest UserI chose this hotel to be close to the airport for a morning flight. It's not so centrally located but great for my purposes. Everything was clean, the manager was there to greet me upon arrival and they even arranged a takeaway breakfast as I left too early to stay for the hotel breakfast. Would recommend.

This small guesthouse is located near the airport. You can take advantage of the free airport shuttle, allowing you to arrive early and leave your bags. The airport shuttle costs $5, which we took advantage of because we had an early flight. There's a small tourist tax (we paid in local currency).
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. We were given two large towels and three robes between the three of us. There's a shared bathroom on the floor (for four rooms), there are two bathrooms (one on the first and one on the second floors). The common hallway has a water heater, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, and some dishes. The plumbing (especially the shower) is not in very good condition, but it works.
The location is quiet, away from the center. But in Tashkent, this isn't a problem, as taxis are affordable.

Guest UserEverything was great! Everything was clean and there was everything. The location is within walking distance to Seoul Moon and Magis Park, the rest is by taxi! The subway is a 15-minute walk away, but overall it's nice. Banks and money exchange facilities are 15 minutes away near the subway. The grounds are very green and well-maintained. Very clean!!! The breakfast was delicious and pleasant. Thank you 🤍

Anonymous UserThe hotel is very close to City Park and located in a bustling area, which is an excellent location. The subway station is also very close, and there are many bus routes available. Breakfast is served at the restaurant across the street. Remember to get your breakfast ticket at the hotel in the morning.

Guest UserI recently stayed at Zamin Hostel and Guest House and found it to be a very convenient option, especially for airport access. The location is excellent, situated just a 10-minute walk away, which makes transit very easy.
The facilities are well-thought-out for travelers. I particularly appreciated the water dispenser in the common area, which was stocked with tea and candies—a nice touch that made the stay feel welcoming. The room itself was comfortable, equipped with its own private toilet and a television, which I found very convenient.
One thing to note is that the shower/bathroom area is located just outside the room. Additionally, since the staff primarily communicates in their local language, using a translation app worked perfectly fine to bridge the gap and handle check-in/check-out smoothly. There was a $5 tax applied, so be prepared for that small additional cost.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you need a reliable place near the airport with thoughtful amenities.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless.
The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages.
Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made.
Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around.
The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day.
I believe most who stayed usually 1-night.
The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights.
My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit.
However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended.
I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Everything is great so far except the location. But in Tashkent you will anyway need to walk a lot, so no complaints.
Room: large, bed is comfortable, has hair dryer and everythin required. Although towels look a little dirty, they doesn’t leave stains or have smell. Only problem was a strong smell from drain that didn’t disappear for all time I was staying there.
Staff: speaks Russian, so for me it was easier to communicate. Very friendly and helpful, had only good experience talking to them.
Breakfast: amazing! Enjoyed everything I tried there, many types of food for everyone.
Location: I’ll be clear, it’s pretty far from subway station. If you use taxi, then you won’t face any problems with location. Besides, there are several convenience stores around hotel as well as good restaurants. At night street is quiet.

Rogova TatianaThe room was incredibly run-down. While the price wasn't high and the photos seemed accurate, the reality was quite dismal. The walls desperately need a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom requires a complete refresh; the shower head and hose were worn out, and there wasn't even a bath mat. The duvet for the double bed was too small, and the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. Soundproofing was a major issue; neighbors checked in at 1 AM, banging doors and yelling until 2:30 AM. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff were friendly, and there was free parking available nearby.
