We stayed at El Ebaa for one night before moving to a place closer to Masjidil Haram. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a reasonable price. If you don’t mind a bit of extra walking, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

I had a lovely stay at Elaf Ajyad. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I originally booked a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but was given a triple room instead. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly resolved the issue without much hassle. The room I stayed in was very spacious, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is located on a hill, which might not be ideal for older travellers or anyone with mobility issues. However, they do offer a shuttle service to take you up and down the hill. Just be prepared to wait a little when it comes to pick-ups. While the staff are great, the management system can sometimes be a bit slow, so you might need to be patient or follow up with them. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a great experience. Travelling without any older family members, it worked perfectly for me, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great for a 3 star hotel, it is quite comfortable, but the location is far from the Grand Mosque.

The hotel is large in size, the health is good, the service is good, the environment is good, but the bus to the sky is on time, many times will not come on time, many times will not come.

Stayed in Emaar Al Khalil for 5 nights in Jan 2025, enjoyed the stay, 7-10 minutes walk from Masjid Al Haram, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I’d like to thank Johirul Islam who works as a house keeper who went above and beyond to help us.

location is excellent during Ramadan as prayer rows comes to hotel door the room is tightly small and cant accommodate 2 persons by any mean even no space to pray if you missed a pray in holy mosque toilet is extremely squeezing the space for luggage prevent door opening and during exit and entry to room you should slide your self through the snugly open door. Perfect Arabic coffee and dates at Ramadan breakfast. Restaurant is outside the hotel in a nearby twin hotel of Emaar group few steps walking the buffet is excellent. All reception staff lacks professionalism except Miss Atheer she dealt with my case of shifting Sohor meal to breakfast meal due to early checkout

The hotel is conveniently located from the haram. 5-10 min. by bus. A very big problem with the elevator, they are always busy during namaz. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower is small. The air conditioner is very powerful.

It is a nice opportunity to be able to use the room alone. The rooms are nice and clean. Their employees are caring. There are approximately 12 trips to and from the harem a day. However, there is no hair dryer in the rooms.

The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful. In terms of facilities, the Violet Hotel offers several amenities that enhance the guest experience. There is a well-equipped fitness center, which I found extremely beneficial to keep up with my exercise routine. The business center also came in handy as I needed to catch up on some work during my stay. Overall, my experience at Violet Hotel was exceptional. Whether you are visiting Makkah for a spiritual pilgrimage or just to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic dining options make it a great choice for any traveler.

The Location is very near to Haram , few minute walk to Masjid Haram  The hotel Is New and Clean , Specially the lobby is big and Fresh Smile , Got Nice Massage Chairs  The room is Clean and Beds are comfortable . The wash room is small specially the shower .  Recommend Hotel  Checkin is fast and welcoming Specially the two Guys named   Sultan Zahrani and Abdul Ghani  Appreciated these Guys , they were so nice to me
