LLeif ReyYou get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

TtrvelwrriorOk for the price. Staff are friendly and they let us borrow mugs and have our 3-1 coffee while waiting for our tour. Strong wifi and water plus with hot and cold shower, with steong bidet also! :) Some fixtures need to be replaced though but this will not affect our safe and comfy stay. Pool is clean and available (without extra charge) until 10pm. Our night swimming is really fun! :)

GGuest UserWe had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. GGuest UserThe room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

ААнастасияRRGood room for a short stay; we spent one night here before our flight. We requested a late checkout, which they allowed for an extra charge – very convenient! The staff is responsive and pleasant; they even brought me an iron when I asked. However, the room was dirty, the floor was terribly sticky, and there was mold. The water pressure was poor, but we were warned about that beforehand. The TV and AC both worked. The location is excellent, right by a university, which means there are many good, affordable cafes and delicious donuts nearby! All the main attractions are within walking distance.

AAnonymous UserThe front desks are friendly and accomodating, however the door of the cr doesn't have lock and hard to close, the toilet flash kay hinay moflash, two beds: one is single and the other is double, the double bed was I guess dirty kay nangatol ako friend sa bedsheet. I highly suggest to fix the doors and toilet flash, and change/wash the bedsheet well 😊
