Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

Ok for the price. Staff are friendly and they let us borrow mugs and have our 3-1 coffee while waiting for our tour. Strong wifi and water plus with hot and cold shower, with steong bidet also! :) Some fixtures need to be replaced though but this will not affect our safe and comfy stay. Pool is clean and available (without extra charge) until 10pm. Our night swimming is really fun! :)

BE Apartment by Trixia room 911 is a great place to stay, the room is clean, has a beautiful design, with complete tools for cooking and eating, has an internet and good air conditioning. We will definitely book back again in the future.

The room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

The space was just okay; there was an additional 500 charge for the 3-person booking I made, and it didn't include free breakfast. Also, I wish they wouldn't drill at inconvenient hours, especially when they know there are guests next door.

The room is okay to saty for fee nighta. Location very good! Its in the city center. Attraction are just walking diatance like the magellans criss and sto nino churchz amenities they offer towels one shampoo one soap tootbrush and water. The bed foam is thin. Location wise, near malls, fastfood, naa gyud sa cebter sa Colon & wifi is fast. Also cheap. Maybe good if 1 night stay or few hrs lang imo need. AC is super cold which is good. Only downside is you can hear the noise from outside, if naai mag lakaw-lakaw or mag storya dungog kai sa imong room and I didnt sleep well bcos of the noise. Daghan kaayo oatch ga chika chika Idk if they were guests or tenants or employees. No hot shower by the way.

I've stayed here many times before, and it's always been good value for money. However, this time I had two different key card issues twice, which was a hassle. Also, I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, so I wasn't able to watch it.

The location is very accessible. But the beddings are dirty, the toilet seat seems not cleaned and the floor is very sticky.

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.
