Mountain view Hotels in Cebu City

The location is a bit far from the city, but there is a local shopping mall next to the hotel, which is good for shopping and shopping. But please note that the business hours are until about 8 pm. The supermarket is full of shopping, and there is a place to change money at the entrance of the supermarket, but the exchange rate is relatively small. No, remember to call a taxi first when you go out. The local traffic is a bit congested.

Decent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. I can grab a coffee, local nor junk food less than 1 km from the hotel. The mountain view is great, but the floor is dusty (maybe because of the renovation) and the hot water is working a little slow, but no complaints, and they have a bidet! Also, you can ask for a blanket if you need one. I'm looking forward to coming back to Cebu and staying here again.

Facilities: No kettle. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Environment: Quite quiet nearby. Service: The front desk staff were excellent and had great English. I booked this hotel through Trip.com for a one-night stay as I was returning to Cebu from Bohol in the evening to catch an early morning flight, and it offered good value for money. Although it's a small hotel, they provide wake-up calls and taxi booking services, which was very convenient.

our room was net and clean yet our airconditioning is not so good. feels like it not being cleaned..it was warm the whole night ..even on lowest temp.. Can even use the conforter to comfort on a cold night.

I stayed here at the end of the year. It was my first time in an apartment-style accommodation, which was a bit different from a hotel, and I was slightly confused at first. However, all the staff were laid-back yet kind. There were a few cats there, which were absolutely adorable! I think it's excellent value for money, especially for a long-term stay. Ayala Mall is also about a 10-minute walk away, so I felt like I wouldn't have any trouble with daily necessities.

Location is good just walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants and supermarket. Staff is nice, professional and friendly. The hotel is a bit old and some of the areas including the pool is under renovation. Rooms are large. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Aircon is too loud. Need to wait while running the water around 10 minutes for hot shower. Furniture is old. The refrigerator needs to go into a junk yard it is all rusty. Bathroom floor is slanted doesn’t get dry after a shower. Our toilet paper roll was totally soaked it was of no use. Need to be careful while washing the bathroom to not get the that wet. There was ironing facility in the room. Considering the location, this hotel is recommended

I had a pleasant stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. I always book a room at Horizon whenever I'm, my relatives or friends are here in Cebu. Aside from it being budget friendly, they have complete amenities, you can cook as well and it is located in the center of the city.

Amazing location! Breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy meals with the view in the hotel mountain cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Found us 2 motorbikes to go around the area (which is also very beautiful). I really recommend this stay!
