Mountain view Hotels in Cebu City

It was a very pleasant stay. Rooms are really clean. It has a kitchen and comfy couch where you can relax watching netflix in the evening. Just behind Gaisano Country Mall so all you need can be bought there. Very courteous staff. Definitely reccommend this hotel.

Decent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. I can grab a coffee, local nor junk food less than 1 km from the hotel. The mountain view is great, but the floor is dusty (maybe because of the renovation) and the hot water is working a little slow, but no complaints, and they have a bidet! Also, you can ask for a blanket if you need one. I'm looking forward to coming back to Cebu and staying here again.

Good hotel could work more on attention to details when it comes to cleanliness. It was not dirty but some things could be maintained and taken care of with more details. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast okay would add more options for European guests, roof top nice addition, nice spot at night, gorgeous view of the Cebu.During the day defo needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness.

The location was great, near to the malls like Ayala and SM City. Maxim Ride cost 130-140 pesos but taxi even less than that. The room was spacious and clean but the chairs and the bed inside the room wasn’t that clean for me. I’ve seen dark spots and stains. The pillows are not that big. In my room, there’s no remote control for the AC. The bathroom was spacious, they have bathtub. But the only concern for me in the shower is they only have a rain shower, they don’t have a handheld one, could be better if they have. The buffet was great, more Filipino breakfast, food was great too. Just I observed that the plates are very used for long time. Staffs was good. Oops i forgot to take photo of the bed. 😬 But overall it was a good experience. ☺️

We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

Location is good just walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants and supermarket. Staff is nice, professional and friendly. The hotel is a bit old and some of the areas including the pool is under renovation. Rooms are large. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Aircon is too loud. Need to wait while running the water around 10 minutes for hot shower. Furniture is old. The refrigerator needs to go into a junk yard it is all rusty. Bathroom floor is slanted doesn’t get dry after a shower. Our toilet paper roll was totally soaked it was of no use. Need to be careful while washing the bathroom to not get the that wet. There was ironing facility in the room. Considering the location, this hotel is recommended

I had a pleasant stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. I always book a room at Horizon whenever I'm, my relatives or friends are here in Cebu. Aside from it being budget friendly, they have complete amenities, you can cook as well and it is located in the center of the city.

Amazing location! Breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy meals with the view in the hotel mountain cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Found us 2 motorbikes to go around the area (which is also very beautiful). I really recommend this stay!
